Chateau Villa Apartments

It's an older property with the characteristic larger closets, classic larger rooms and higher ceilings. The neighbors are great. It has a stunning and very clean pool available in the summer months. My electric bill is minimal. The maintenance staff is highly responsive and very good at what they do. Everyone who works on this property is very personable and kind. The apartments are clean, I have had no problems with bugs, molding, or any infestations. If something is needed, they respond immediately. I have enjoyed staying at Chateau Villa and plan to stay here for much longer. My neighbor has lived here for 24 years. It's a quiet neighborhood, a family-living environment, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance; MARTA is available directly across from the property.
