It went okay but they needed to return to fix several window and wall leaks. And they needed to adjust the windows and door so they could slide open and closed.

There was an issue with one of the windows when it was installed (gasket between the panes was showing). I called immediately and was told they would order another one. I waited 2 months and they never called. When I contacted them it was all excuses but not action. In the meantime, other windows that had been installed had something streaking on them. It was a total hassle to get them replaced, but they did. They wanted to blame it on the paint from the house, or dirt. Finally, when they were being replaced the installer said the wrong caulking was used when they were installed the first time. The windows are great. Big changes in sound and temperature

It went great the staff was very helpful and nice.Rose was always there for me when I call to check on the windows arrival the two men that put in my windows were great put the windows in and did the clean up. Will use champion again.

Installation was good widows not that good they developed moisture and our sales. Person Jose Vera seems not to care. No one has returned my call in 2 months

Great they completed the work on time and always cleaned up all debri! They already replaced about 30 windows and a built a three-season porch in early 2000.

Started off great ended horribly. They were 7 weeks late on screen door due to their error. I wanted them to take something off due to inconvenience. Hey refused and proceeded to put lien on my house. CRAZY. STAY AWAY. Should have listened to all negative reviews.

They did a great and wonderful job and we will use them again.

Jose our Factory representative was punctual, informative and professional. The crew arrived on time to install the windows and insured that the work area was cleaned upon their completion. I'm very satisfied with the job.

We purchased a home with new champion windows. Although they say they are guaranteed for life, that’s only with the original owner. We had a year of warranty. After 5 years we have 7 ashes that have lost their seal. Knowing we aren’t under warranty I have tried 3 times to get someone to just call me back for an estimate. I tried the internet, no reply. Called the 800 number whom said my call would be escalated. No call. Called the local dealer and be call back. Beware that if you buy from them you will get no support going forward. We have now moved on to a company that is extremely responsive and has customer service. I would NEVER purchase windows from this company.

Installation was great! Team showed up early and maintained a clean work area, got the installation done in a timely manner, and was very polite and professional!

very expensive. Everything went smoothly. Completed in one day. Quality windows are guaranteed, Other than price, I would recommend.

They did a great job. It was a whole room, it was not cheap. They came in and it was a old porch that they extended for us and built us on the lawn. They handled everything from the permit-ing to the mechanical inspection by the engineer to all of it, they just handled it all. My daughters wedding was going to be on the first of November so they busted to get it done for us in time.

They did an excellent job. Their sales pitch is scripted. I'm sure the salesman was only doing what he was trained to do, but it will wear you out, wear you down. I finally had to tell him to stop. I know what I want, just give me the d*** price. I would give them an A for overall, but that sales pitch, I'm just not into an hour long presentation, it's all bs. I think the price is very good. Quality is excellent. I don't think that sales pitch is professional, in my opinion. I would use the provider again, without the sales pitch.

I know this review is long and I have left out so much information I will try and sum it up: Not only are the representatives of Champions less than eager to respond but also they really do not care about you they take great pride in reminding you that you signed this contract and approved everything. So therefore there is nothing more to understand. I never had any disagreement with the fact that we signed this contract; I merely felt that we were misrepresented in the presentation of what the room and window placement was going to look like. We understood we would be getting what we got and moved on. Clearly it was different, but again that only came back to “you signed the contract.” Never was any genuine understanding or empathy projected by ANYONE from Champion as to how we could have misunderstood, in this case I was made to feel like I was just a disgruntled person and obviously going to be a royal pain.… The Contractors that they hire out seem less than professional, one brought a female and a minor child to the site to help, because apparently his co-worker had called in sick. Since one person (with his own helpers) had to try and maneuver 15’ panels alone this resulted in scratches and minor damage to the roof aluminum. The electrical contractor asked if I was going to get an inspection as to how he would handle the wiring, really? I even Goggled the name on the electrical contractor t-shirt but couldn’t find the company. The crews they send out each time are different, very unprofessional in appearance and never call when they are on their way, even though they say they will. It seems like they might hire day laborers. You get emails stating appointments have been set up, not a phone call, so hopefully the day they set aside for you works because they don’t call to see what day works for you! The representatives no matter what level are very scripted and very unhelpful and less than accommodating in any way to their customers. I have not had one moment of understanding from them and frankly I believe THEY DO NOT CARE! Some have been rude others just a voice…I have asked to speak to the CEO but that is unheard of and there is absolutely NO WAY anyone will put you in touch with that level head! It is a far cry from their mission statement online, or their glowing reviews on their website! I will highly recommend to anyone that they do not SIGN any contract for work or windows with them EVER! And if they are considering using Champion I will remind them to do their homework, get a couple of quotes from other remodeling contractors as well. Don’t fall into their pressure of signing on the spot. Check reviews everywhere online, dig deep, read even the longest ones, like this one, sometimes you can’t find the real reviews. Once you sign the contract you are committed. I feel like I have been in **** for 6-11 weeks and counting…. The level of frustration and the stress I have endured has caused my TMJ to return and by the way this project is still not completed! I am 14 weeks from the date I signed that contract. Honestly, I wish I had researched this company or at least gotten a quote from a local contractor. I knew better but the salesman talked up a great talk and sold us a great story about how wonderful the Champion Company is! Buyer beware, don’t give them the opportunity to mistreat you next, run I say, run away from any Champion Window product or service. Still waiting for that call back on a date to fix only one of the items…tick tock….. One day, hopefully soon, I will update this when the final item has been taken care of, it might be a while that’s why I wanted to get this posting out there now hope this review helps someone. Stay tuned… The lists of items needed to complete the job are as follows: -Gashes on adjoining deck and gashes inside floor -One Window won’t fully engage closed -Screen door not properly sized – returned August 4th only to discover that we now need a new sliding door, due to installation error -Handle of Sliding door not flush (later learned we need to replace full door as installers damaged inside mount) -Broken window (arrived broken, installed broken, still broken) -Trapezoid replacement window- after storm August 6th and email demanding response in morning, received call in morning that they were coming out to replace today (August 8th), they would call before arrival (NOPE) but they did show up… oh and now I should be grateful that they did me this favor fitting it in asap, got that tidbit today August 9th, nice right? -Screens keep popping off windows due to improper sizing -Electrical outlets inside sunroom- July 26th “are you getting an inspection?” -Vinyl trim shoddy job outside on posts -Vinyl trim inside damaged by “electrical contractor” added after initial items -Insulation install – included removal of metal under roof – July 31st, installed insulation with woman and child…other worker was sick…

The work took three months and they explained everything they were doing.

I went into their showroom 3 times to come out to repair the damage, not to mention the several phone calls I made. For almost a year my house was unsecure. They did not return calls. On my last visit to the showroom the manager was in and finally I got some results. I tried to get other companies to do the work, but other companies don't have access to Champion's materials. I am stuck with them for repairs.

The sales pitch was like a time-share sale in FL. When he finally got around to giving me a quote, it was over twice my budget (which I had told him). He just pulled a number out of the air and wrote it on a drawing he made - no break down of where the cost was allocated. And I told him this addition would cost twice the square foot price of the main home and did not match the house or the neighborhood.

Installers were less than careful with my walls and floors. Attempts to protect then were negated by dropped tools on wood floors which left permanent damage. Walls were left with scuff marks. Caulking around sills and on outside was messy requiring me to clean up after them. The salesman did not offer a sample of the sliding door so I was unprepared for the height of the frame - it is not at all flush with the floor. Quality of windows and doors are excellent but the experience with the installers was not. I will call out the willingness of the installation supervisor to authorize an adjustment to my final cost based on the floor damage.

Everyone was punctual, friendly and slivered what an excellent product.

I'm frustrated they called Wednesday to confirm our Thursday appointment and then they simply no called/no showed.

Our experience was very positive -- all personnel were friendly and professional, and the product (the windows and one door) is excellent -- which is good as the cost was a bit steep. It helped a lot that we had the chance to use financing by an outside agency (an option we took).
