Its been six months since they measured their product that failed and I still do not have the windows replaced. Bad product bad warranty. All I get it the run around.

Champion crew was very professional. Arrived on time and completed the job the same day. The windows and installation is beautiful to look at whether you are standing inside or outside the house. Outstanding job.

The service was okay. They did a beautiful job. They were on time but the communication was not that good.

They did a great job installing an amazing looking piece of glass.

The window and doors are beautiful. However, I didn’t realize that their “headboard” for the walls is just vinyl and looks cheap (which it wasn’t). Was expecting WOOD bead board. And don’t expect their sales person to help you select the best options. They should have recommended picture windows over the stairs because it would be unsafe to open casement windows over outside stairs where people would run into them. But of course the casement windows were a bigger sale for them and they clearly were not concerned about safety. Also the salesperson told me we wouldn’t need A/C in the room because the windows would keep it comfortable year round. NOPE. Had to get a space heater in winter and install a portable A/C for summer and neither really does the job well. When I tried to talk to upper management about the issue he blew me off saying “well you got what you ordered”. Silly me! I thought the “experts” were supposed to recognize things that an inexperienced homeowner wouldn’t know to think about. And not lie about the capabilities of the windows to keep the room comfortable. And the manager was extremely rude and condescending to me. Will NEVER use them again.

I actually got new vinyl siding and a new patio door. No windows.

There were issues noticed after project completion and we called the agents and no one ever came back out to address my concerns after they were paid.

Finished all 12 windows in 1 day. Lost some inside window shelf space after installation. Would have liked to have know this before the project. Some windows had larger gaps in the frames than others. Will have to see how long they last.

My windows are fabulous - fit and look perfect. They also repaired a serious issue we had with our sunroom that was installed by another company. . I wish I had hired Champion initially to build our sunroom! Additionally we hired Champion for new gutters and could not be more pleased.

They did a great job in the time frame they said they would do it in. Happy with the work.

The whole process was excellent. The sales person was courteous, presented their product, and options. They made arrangements for someone to come verify all measurements and then placed the order for exactly what we needed. A little bit of a long wait for the windows to be manufactured, but it was what they told us it would be. The installation crew arrived with the windows, they were careful and surprisingly fast. They cleaned up as they went, so no major disruptions. I am very pleased with the look and function of the windows and doors that we purchased. I forgot an entry door to the basement, so they will be replacing it soon.

Champion added two windows to our great room, and they look great! Workmanship and quality were excellent. Champion has added great eye appeal and value to our renovated home, especially the sun room, where we spend most of our time. The heat pump works very well, especially on the hottest ans most humid days.

They are really bad at repairs, follow ups and customer service!

The job was well done but months longer than anticipated. Contracted in August, done in December. They failed to return our phone calls. The overseer offered to give us a $100 gift card to “make up” for all the problems but he never sent it.

Competent installation crew did a nice job.

It went lousy. We had both new windows and doors done. There were multiple delays and the salesman did not keep us posted. We kept having to call him to find out what was happening. They did a terrible job with measuring the doors and making the locks. Out of 6 locks, 5 unlock to the left with one to the right. That's irritating. Also, sometimes it takes multiple times to get the deadbolt to lock. Their repairman came out and said there's nothing he could do for either issue. He was supposed to be out by July 3rd to fix the front door (there's huge gaps all around the door frame and he's supossed to put trim on it to cover it, but he has yet to fix it. He's now scheduled to do it Sept 11, but I highly doubt it will happen. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I had a new patio sliding door. It is great. They did an excellent job.

They were very efficient. They cleaned up after they finished. They did s great job!

Awkward in home sales visit, but the salesperson was honest and easy to speak with.

Great product, service and customer service.

Unsealed windows. Leaks when rain.. Highly recommended if you want to waste time and money. Called for.. Calling since Nov 2018 to get it fix. It's 2019 and still not resolve.

When I ordered my windows, they assured me they could get them done while I was off from work for the holidays, saving me from wasting vacation days. Installation was scheduled weeks in advanced I was doubtful it was all going to work out. I was having all of the windows in my house replaced and screened windows on my back porch replaced with sliding windows. The crew showed up 30 minutes early and got right to work. I was assured they could get it all done in one day. I was truly doubtful when I saw a crew of 3 men showed up. I was expecting about 10 guys, but they got right to work and it was truly amazing to watch. They worked like a well oiled machine and within a couple of hours had every window in my house removed and had started installation of the new windows. Installation and doing all of the repairs to damaged wood and finished trim work was complete in about 11 hours. I was amazed. They installed and cleaned up and were gone. No mess, no trash left. It was like they were never here except my house looked awesome with it’s new windows! I would highly recommend Champion Windows. Quality and warranty 2nd to none.

Install was good and clean up was as well. Would use them again.
