Description of Work: I had a sliding glass door replaced by Champion. The work was completed in one day. The workers knew what they were doing and were pleasant to deal with. They also cleaned the area when finished. I was very pleased with their work and the quality of the product.

Description of Work: We were happy with Champion from the bid process, through to installation. We did not believe them initially when they said they could do our installation of 38 windows in one day, but they did! They had their own installation crew (not subcontractors), and it was impressive to see how quickly they worked. We have had the windows for two winters now, and have noticed a huge difference (we previously had builder grade single pane windows). We had cheaper quotes from other companies, but our big concern was the installation, and we were not disappointed. We even had a window crack after about a year, and they were out within a week to install a new one. Super service!

Description of Work: They put up a screen room over our patio. It is beautiful, and an exact match to the all-season sunroom they put up ten years ago. Not a leak in sight! Always on time, working until dark if needed. I will always use them for window needs!

Description of Work: Punched hole through garage for door to outside and installed new door. They ordered the wrong door so had to come back and fix it. Besides being a minor annoyance and time suck they were very professional and fair about rectifying the situation. It's not a cheap thing these doors...but they're nice.

 + -1 moreWe made an appointment to get an estimate on replacing a number of windows in our home. After looking into other companies, we cancelled the appointment. I was pressured by the receptionist on the phone to give a reason for the cancellation. I told her that we had simply changed our minds. The next day, a salesman called, telling me he was my "neighbor" and asking why we cancelled. I told him the same reason, and the pressure began. He wanted to come here and put brochures in our mailbox and continued talking. I told him to stop and that we want no further contact from Champion. This is obviously a high-pressure sales organization. I am so thankful we didn't proceed with them.
Description of Work: No work was performed. We had scheduled an estimate.

 + -1 moreThey did a really good job. The insulation has been working well, it is not too hot and we do not air condition it. They were here early in the morning to enclose it. They didn't even stop for lunch, they worked right on through.

 + -1 moreUSED SUB CONTRACT LABOR THAT DID NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. CREWS WERE MESSY AND DRANK ALCOHOL ON THE JOB. DID EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO NEW ROOF AND SHRUBBERY. ALWAYS RESPONDED TO COMPLAINTS BUT FELT AS IF THEY WERE NOT TOO CONCERNED ABOUT MY PROPERTY. A JOB THAT WAS TO HAVE TAKEN FOUR DAYS TOOK TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THEY WOULD LEAVE TO WORK ON OTHER JOBS IN THE MID DAY.
