Description of Work: We purchased replacement windows from Champion a number of years ago, and the windows we purchased came with a lifetime warranty. The service call on 05/21/14, was made to satisfy a warranty issue. The technician brought the items needed to complete the work, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work promptly. We have been exceedingly happy with the windows purchased from Champion and with the warranty that came with them.

Description of Work: Acct exec Roger Weigel came to our house and, after looking at our odd sized bedroom windows and our balcony, sat with us and showed what windows he recommended plus others available. Very friendly and thorough. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our choices, which were his recommendations. Within days, a man came by to remeasure, and sent the figures back to Champion so they could begin building our windows! It took approx 6 weeks to recieve the windows/doors. Four young men brought them to our home. They were done in a bit over two hours and everything was perfect. The fit, caulking, screens, windows were all perfect. Then, once everything was approved, the guys vacuumed my carpet! No one would have known they were there except for the windows!

Description of Work: Had warranty work which needed done, company set an appointment, showed up on time and completed the work with no problems. Twice now I have had to have warranty work done (screen replacement due to smalls holes caused by birds) company always showed up on time and no questions asked. Would recommend Champion Windows to anyone I know who is getting replacement windows or patio doors installed.

Description of Work: The owner of the company Jim was very nice and very professional. We did not use them because we wanted someone who could do our windows, deck and some repair work. I would not hesitate to call Champion to do my siding, gutters and windows because of pricing, professionalism and knowledge.
