Overall, quality was great. The only issue we had was they grossly underestimated the completion time. In our case it was double the estimated time.

The window installers worked hard and non-stop to get the windows installed. They came back the next business day to finish the smaller details and complete the installation. Very pleased with the results!

Wonderful warranty

The windows are ordered, but have not been installed yet. I don't feel it's right that I had to fill out this complete review before the windows are installed.

I hired John to build a sun room in July and gave him a down payment of $12,000.00 and they cashed the check, they said that they would file a permit, I have called several times for an update and they tell me it is held up in permitting, it has been several months and nothing has been done, and now when I call they do not return my calls

More costly but a great window. Took five hours and 13 windows later couldn’t be more pleased. Very efficient service.

Champion did a good job on the sales and installation side of things. Sales explained the product very thoroughly and was reachable for questions in the early part of the process, though a felt a little rushed to make the purchase. Customer service was lacking--when I tried to schedule installation of the windows I purchased, it took several tries to contact a scheduler. It seems they had only one person who could handle that task and that person was out of office, but there was no notice saying so. They were not very communicative about that, despite several messages left by me. However once the appointment was made, the installers were punctual and professional. They did a solid job of installing the windows and communicating how they work. I'd recommend Champion Atlanta overall.

The installers and customer service person were great. The shipping andrecieving departments need a system of checking the specific items shipped. They shipped the wrong size Windows for one wall. I had to wait an additional month for them to finish the porch. If they had someone in receiving checking the contents of the boxes, not just the quantity of boxes they could have caught the error early. As it was I had to wait an additional month and they had to send a crew to our house twice. The porch looks great and I am happy with the job, but not the process.

The windows I purchased from Champion are beautiful. I have received several compliments about them. The sales associate was knowledgeable and professional.

No pressure to buy. John was very knowledgeable about his product. Very pleased so far.

Spending the money is well worth the results - don’t hesitate!

They were so efficient and easy to work with.

Very professional service, looks to be a great product, good product demonstration and display of advantages to their windows. Our order came in faster than expected, so that was great too. They are expensive, but you get a great warranty with them, and when they did the work they were neat, orderly and the finished product looks great. We just got them two days ago, but so far we love them and are thinking of doing the rest of the house eventually replacing all to these windows.

The salesman said it would be about 6 weeks. I hadn't heard from them after 7 weeks and I called them. The salesman had written on the contract 10 to 12 weeks. We are still waiting for the windows to be installed. Meanwhile they have had half of the money for 2 months+ while we still wait for our windows.

They are expensive, but I like knowing all my windows and outside doors are covered with a warranty for any future replacement needs (if something happens to them). From first contact until completion of installation, my interactions with the company representatives were always professional and they were all friendly and responsive to my inquiries and questions.

I'm happy with it. Looks good.
