The project went really well. Castle helped with the color selection, and the end results were beautiful. The workers were professional, neat, and very quick. The project began on time and was completed early.

It went very well. The estimate was 4-5 days, and they finished in 2.5. They used about ten painters the first day, to make it go fast. They were polite and friendly, and did a good job.

Awesome experience! Highly recommended! Two painters showed up on time, worked the entire day on day one by stripping the wallpaper and prepping the walls. Spent day two painting walls and trim. Very neat, cleaned up after themselves, very pleasant, quiet, professional and did a very high quality job. Will use again, definitely!

I am so happy with the final result. The rooms look wonderful, and the porch is really clean! Castle was very prompt in responding to my initial call, and able to provide an estimate within a day or two. At the estimate the representative was very professional, mentioned a number of different options at varying prices (depending on preparation desired) and was able to provide an estimate on the spot. He helped with paint color selection and was willing to use the paint brand I preferred (different from their usual brand) at no extra charge. The painting team was super. They were very careful in moving and covering furniture, and minimizing dust throughout house. They were prompt and professional throughout the 4 days of work. The final result is great, and the details very nicely done. I couldn't be happier with the service, and will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to others.

Castle did a great job! We had just purchased a home that had been vacant for a year, and it needed a lot of prep work prior to painting. They did a very detailed job in pressure washing, scraping, caulking, and then painting. They would point out areas that needed repair work that came to light after the pressure washing, but always waited for our approval before proceeding with work. The workers were responsible and thorough, and we are very pleased with the finished product. We also had a wooden fence installed. Again the workers were very diligent and the end result is lovely. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

He did a great job. He was reliable. Very neat service. He was recommended to me by a neighbor. He was very easy to work with in deciding what I wanted to have done.

Our house had not been painted since 1999; the painters then used brushes, Castle sprays the paint on except on shutters, doors and railings. FYI spraying paint on a house does not give the coverage that brushing paint on a house does. I did not know before that they were going to spray and not use a brush. I had also purchased new front door hardware and it took me 10 times asking to have it replaced before the front door was painted (I expected to pay for it; not on original estimate) they did not replace until after the front door was painted and they had to come back and re-do the door b/c they had not painted it early enough in the day for it to dry thoroughly. They sprayed one full coat of paint on the house BEFORE they sanded where the old paint had chipped off. I was told by Roberto that they could see it better if they put a coat on it first. I had to have them redo the window sills where they had not bothered to sand even after they had put their first coat of paint on. There was mold or chlorine overspray on the ceiling of the screened porch from where they had pressure washed the house first. They did NOT prep the ceiling with any primer before they sprayed one coat on the ceiling. They did come back and add another coat after I complained that something was bleeding through the first coat since they had not prepared the ceiling correctly originally. They were originally going to scrape the stippling off the garage ceiling b/c it was peeling off. The guys came and used my garden hose to wet the sheet rock ceiling to try to get it off. They decided that they really just needed to sheet rock over it which was fine but they did not tell me that there was going to be an additional charge. They had also put plastic down when they first wet the ceiling they left that first day and did not clean up their area; wet plastic was still on the floor, garden hose on the driveway. The garage door ended up with a water stain and streaks on it from the soaking of the ceiling they did come back and repair it.

Unbelievable service and speed. I hired then 4 days prior to project start. They were punctual, worked straight through the weekend. They quickly and happily priced out and completed some additional work we wanted done once they began the project. Could not have been happier with the end result. Miguel, Lupe and his crew were superb. Clean-up was perfect; if you didn't know any better, you would never have thought there were 4 guys in there ripping down miles of wallpaper! Will definitely use again, for paint and other jobs as well.

Castle looked the best on Angie's List, so I gave them a call. A rep was at my house within a day and gave me an estimate. The crew arrived on time and knocked everything out that day. They even locked up before they left. Great experience.

Laura was on time and very thorough. She took time to explain their insurance coverage and to discuss why we wanted the property to be painted. She offered many suggestions without being pushy. She was able to email me the quote that day and although we didnt go with her company, it was simply that she was under bid by an equally reputable painting company. She is very knowledgeable, and I would recommend her to anyone!

I would never use any other painting company. I have very high standards and Castle meets and exceeds my expectations every single time. Bottom line, if you use any other painting company, you are making a huge and costly mistake. I feel very lucky that I can not only call Castle my premier painting company, but also a valued and much cherished part of the Carrie's Here! team.

Matt came out and met with me in June when I thought I was going to get this project done. For other reasons, it took me until December to get the house painted. Matt stayed in touch with me from the beginning calling about once a month to see if I was ready. When I was finally able to go forward with the project I gave Matt my time line. Due to another job he had he was three days late in starting the job, but I really was fine with it because I had kept him waiting for 6 months. He also finished three days early! I really want to complain about the price-I really do- but I cant. The QUALITY of the materials they used, and the quality of the work they did are amazing. It amazes me how paint can transform a house. Matt and his team did a great job and he communicated VERY well with me. I would recommend Castle Painting!

Miguel had 9 guys show up the next day and they knocked out the entire painting job in 1 day. Dependable, reliable, good quality would use again.

The work he did was fantastic. I didn't see any flaws with any if the work he did. I am happy and think they are great. They were very fast; they were gone in just a couple of hours and cleaned up well. When I got home, they were gone already. I would definitely use them again; their service is wonderful.

Very well. The man who gave the estimate was on time and very nice. They worked with me on picking colors and scheduling the painting. The three painters arrived on time and finished it all in one day, which amazed me. The only negative was that two tiles were knocked loose in one bathtub, and it was hard to get them to come back and fix them.

We called on Monday and scheduled an estimate for Tuesday. Miguel was nearly an hour late but was efficient in determining his estimate. He was very helpful in choosing paint colors and even agreed to mix a specific color for the living room. We were told the painting could be done the next day and that he would call that night with a time. We didn't hear from his so we called Laura (his wife) the next morning to get a time. The painters arrived about an hour after the time window and were missing two cans of paint. However, this was quickly resolved and the painting was completed that afternoon. The rooms look great. There were a few drips on the the floor, walls and furniture, but overall it was fairly clean. The only other problem was that a face plate for a light switch was missing at the end of the job.

Miguel Castillo came to my home 40 minutes late to prepare an estimate for painting the dining and living rooms of my home. The work would involve plaster repair, preparation of the exposed original dark-color base coat and painting with interior white latex. Mr. Castillo seemed to know what the work would require. All subsequent communication with Castle was via e-mail. Castle's office manager sent an estimate/proposal to me that (before Angie's List discount) totaled $2,305, $390 more than the total of the separate items listed in the proposal. When questioned, the office manager agreed that the price should have shown as $1,915. I asked for an amended estimate that would show the correct price as well as additional detail about exactly how Castle would prepare the exposed base coat for painting such as Sheetrock Spackle primer coat. Castle never answered this request. For the record, Castle's corrected price was $815 higher than the next highest estimate.

Excellent job. Not only were they able to fit me in at the last minute, but they made sure each room had multiple coats of paint. Fast, efficient and very professional.

Great work and great service. Excellent consultation on ideas for both interior and exterior painting.

Estimator arrived on time and set up time for work to be done. They took samples of old paint color to match. The walls and ceiling were sprayed and the trim and doors hand painted. They filled holes in the block prior to painting. Cleanup was good and all work finished in 1 day. The only drawback is that although Angie's List says accepts credit cards it is only through Paypal with 3% sur charge or with credit card cheque. At my suggestion they have modified their Angie's listing to reflect this, they were very responsive to this problem.

The rooms look fantastic, and our neighbors used Castle as well after seeing the results. They were extremely friendly, professional, and we will definitely use them again if needed.

I saw their truck at my neighbor's house and got their phone number from it. I called to set up an estimate, and they came out the next day. Miguel was candid, honest, and upfront about the work they would do. The workers arrived on time every day they were scheduled to be there. They were hard-working, professional, courteous, and tidy. Communication may have been easier had I spoken Spanish, but we didn't have much difficulty getting our points across. Miquel's English is excellent, so he was a good middle-man to call on when needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your painting needs. You won't find a friendlier, more professional crew in all of Georgia.

The painting was expertly done, the crew was pleasant and professional. They worked steadily, always on time and clean up was perfect.
