CARPET GUY INC

We had an accident with one of our dogs eating a toy and getting sick. We called the company and had an employee dispatched to us within an hour. They were professional, on time and ready to do the job. We always request the same guy because he has done our carpets for the last 7 years and is familiar with our carpet cleaning needs. Overall, we are and have been quite pleased with the service they provide. We continue to recommend them to our friends. They do great work.

I am overall happy with their work as they came out for a free estimate when they were scheduled. My grout is not exactly like new but it looks a lot better than before. I didn't like the fact that the chemicals they use are very potent. I would not have animals or children around while they are cleaning the tile and the grout. I was amazed that they did not have respirators or something on. The guys did not seem to know a lot about the product. They couldn't answer basic questions like when it was safe to mop the kitchen again. They didn't have any safety information like would by child or animals be hurt by any left over chemicals. I ended up lightly mopping after they left just to be on the safe side. I also found out that if you have any cracked grout it may become dislodged during the cleaning process. I don't think it was any fault of theirs but now I have several spots where grout is missing and now I'm trying to figure out how to fill it.
