CARE ROADSIDE SERVICE

Just called this company today just to see if these reviews were accurate because I read a bad review on this company regarding professionalism and punctuality. Unfortunately the review was dead on point about this place. Spoke with some girl on the phone who never even mentioned her name and immediately placed me on hold without even asking me. Had a, I could care less attitude. God who hires these people.

On November 25, 2017, my insurance provider requested a tire change to CARE ROADSIDE at 6:30 pm with an ETA of 7:43 pm. At 7:47 pm, I called CARE ROADSIDE and spoke to EBONY who assured me that the driver was in route to me and that the last call took longer than originally anticipated. I was then given a NEW ETA of 8:23 pm. At 8:25 pm, I called CARE ROADSIDE back, and EBONY was VERY RUDE and simply stated that the driver is on his way. I had to ask her TWO TIMES to call the driver to VERIFY how far away he was from me. With a nasty attitude, she asked me to hold, came back to the call after 5 minutes and said he would be to me within 12 minutes. When I asked why is it taking so long, EBONY, in an unprofessional tone, stated that the way that CARE ROADSIDE handles call requests is determined by the driver’s location to any open requests, not by the ETA promised by CARE ROADSIDE to the insurance provider. At 8:57 pm, I called CARE ROADSIDE back from 2 different phone numbers, and each time there was NO answer, the voicemail stated it was full and could not accept any more messages. NO ONE ever returned my calls. After THREE HOURS, I asked my insurance to dispatch a different company. AT 9:16 pm, the CARE ROADSIDE DRIVER called me, identifying himself as “the driver” and that he was on his way and would be to me within 12 minutes, The driver arrived at 9:32 pm. Upon arrival, he was in a regular car with nothing identifying his company or position as a roadside assistance worker. He opened his door and simply impolitely at my flat tire, as tho to tell me; he’s here to fix the tire. He NEVER said hello, NEVER apologized for the inconvenience of me waiting in the cold dark winter weather of Georgia on a Saturday night for over 3 hours. He just told me to make sure the parking brake was on. He changed the tire, I got in my car and left. CARE ROADSIDE could CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I would NEVER do business with CARE ROADSIDE again. Upon researching this company via phone number 678.263.6313, I have found a Tennessee address on YELP, an Atlanta address on Angie’s List and a different Atlanta address on Google. CARE ROADSIDE’s online profiles seem shady just from the different addresses attached to the same contact number for CARE ROADSIDE.

They never showed! ERA giving by my provider was 45min... an hr and a half later I called to be told driver was 15 min away due to him getting a flat, but had I not called I wouldn't have known. 30 min later I called back and dispatch told me the driver was going to contact me immediately. No call, so 10 min later I called dispatch back and got NO ANSWER!!!! I then called my provider who called and got an answer but was told they request the request to be re-submitted bc it was "lost", that was a lie. I was given a new company but that took another hr when I should have gotten them to begin with. Formal complaint was filed and I've been calling to speak with a supervisor but I still get no answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. DISPATCH WAS UNPROFESSIONAL FORM THE BEGINNING, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T TAKE THEIR BUSINESS SERIOUSLY.
