Description of Work: We worked with Michelle to have our master closet done and our daughter's closet done. They were completely different projects with different needs and budgets and Michelle managed great. We are so happy with the way they turned out and while expensive, feel as if they were worth the price in order to get what we wanted.

Michelle contacted me a short time after, we made the appointment, I was advised on the time and people coming (with pictures). The design was done on the spot to include my needs. The installation was a breeze and the results were outstanding.

We had one minor glitch at install but they were very responsive and attentive to making things right in a timely manor.The cost is a little higher than I may have liked however the customer service was very good from the selection process to installation making it less stressful for us during the whole process.

Description of Work: My house involved several visits-- some minor mistakes were made by the installers but also my 1920s house was a little challenging. They never gave up and continued to make everything perfect for me and I absolutely love my master bedroom built-in closet!

Description of Work: The closets are very good, the designs git our needs well, and the installer was first rate. There was a problem with the measurements and they had to come out two extra time to get them right. It's still not completely fixed although they are scheduled to complete the job in a couple of weeks.

+ -1 moreHad an initial consultation for our needs/wants, plus space measurements. Before she left, she gave us a 3-d model of the recommendations on her laptop with estimate. We decided to purchase and schedules our installation appointment. Earliest appt were about 3-4 weeks out. The installation tech was prompt and completed the work within about 90 minutes.
Description of Work: Installation of closet organizer system for new baby's nursery closet. Previous closet was a wire shelf system. New system was high end closet system including 5-drawer section along with shelves and hanging spaces. Price also included a reach-in closet in our foyer for shelving above our hanging space. This CC location also completed my daughter's closet 2 years ago for under $1800. Very satisfied with work. They also provided 3-d software imaging recommendations on our pantry and garage for future projects.

+ -1 moreOn the day of the installation, the installer showed up and went right to work. I have no idea how long it took him because I was busy doing other things around the house. But it didn't take too long, he was courteous and professional and quiet with occasional drilling. Once the closet was finished he called us up to look it over, and it was great, and he cleaned up all areas he work in. He removed all garbage.
Description of Work: I called California Closets to have someone come out for a design consultation. The appointment was very easy to set up and a couple of days later Julie showed up. We discussed our needs and she measured out closet spaces. Choosing a design was easy and fun and selecting our finish was also easy. She made the process painless

+ 0 moreLynn came out and measured the entire space. Then she asked us questions about everything that was in the closet. After we talked a while, she sat down and did a quick design for our immediate feedback. We made a couple of tweaks and then she finalized it later that night. The installation guys were prompt and very respectful of our space, putting down blankets where they were working. We were pleased with the plan, but when we saw the final product we loved it. The quality is very good and we're finding that the space is so much more user friendly. It was more expensive than other quotes we got, but we believe the final product was worth it.
Description of Work: Took down all existing closet shelving/patched holes and installed new cabinetry and shelving.

The designer was knowledgeable and courteous as was the installer who was also accomodating, prompt and thorough! What more could you ask of any company? We are very pleased with the results!

Description of Work: California closets created a closet system for our laundry room. Kathy Delaney, the designer was professional, interested in our needs, and creative. She sent blue prints via email and then called to discuss them. The installer was scheduled promptly and he arrived when scheduled. He was neat, maintained a clean work space, and his work was outstanding. There was one mistake that resulted from a miscommunication. Kathy was immediately attentive and helped correct the problem
