Brad and his staff are fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, and you will not find any pressure at all in his showroom. While the store is somewhat small, what he carries is excellent -- and I'm sure he could either order or create exactly what you are looking for. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band in 2012 and it is beautiful. We would never go to another jewelry store.

My wedding set lost a small diamond after 27 years, and Brad Harris graciously replaced it and adjusted all the prongs in the ring guard and solitaire. And did so within 24 hours, so I was able to make a Christmas trip to Florida and quot;still marriedand quot;. I will be returning soon for some treasure hunting!!

I just want to say, thank you so much. I have been through ALL of the other jewelers on Angies List in Atlanta. Bear in mind this is a CUSTOM Palladium ring. There are NO other jewelers in the area on Angies list that casts their own Palladium rings. They do their own CAD / Cast / Mount in-house. Every other jeweler needed to and quot;outsourceand quot; the ring. Most were confused by the design I had created. I spent over 3 months at other jewelers going back and forth on every little detail. I spent all of maybe 10 minutes and 1 email explaining it to Jennifer and it was a done deal a week later, and exactly as estimated. I could not be happier. Brad has made me a few custom pieces and each one is flawless. My most recent experience was with custom diamond earrings using my diamond studs and other stones. I worked with Jennifer to come up with a design and Brad made them. We actually had a bit of a snafu (they were too big) and Jennifer and Brad worked with me until I was happy. That meant starting all over. Their commitment to their customers happiness is one of the reasons I enjoy working with them.

Brad and his team are great! Their business comes from repeat customers and referrals. It would have to be since they are located in a non descript office building. My husband bought my engagement ring from Brad and that led to a custom wedding band and intricate wedding necklace. Both white gold/diamonds. My necklace was a challenge and Brad wouldn't let me have it until it was perfect. That meant he delivered it to my house the day of my wedding! Who does that these days? Can't recommend him and his team enough!
