Boutte's estimate provided a detailed description of how all the work would be done, and they performed as promised. Their office manager was easy to get a hold of, friendly, and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with their work.

They did a great job. They responded well and kept to their appointment schedule.

The work performed by Gabrial and his team, Alex and Martin was phenomenal. They arrived promptly and got to work immediately after a brief consultation to confirm the scope of the work. Within 50 minutes, the work was performed. our fence reinstalled and the yard cleared of debris. I can not recommend Boutte Tree, Inc. enough and will not hesitate to call on them again for the services they provide. AAA+++

Tierson and his team did an outstanding job for us! We had been in touch with Tierson for close to a year getting advice on our tree, hoping to save it, and then making a plan in the event the tree was not making a recovery. All through the process Tierson was a great listener, educator, advice giver, and very patient person with our many questions and concerns over the months! Once we knew the tree had to come down and we wanted Boutte Tree Inc. to do the work, they provided us a very straight forward plan and the costs for each job to be done. Yesterday the work was done and done fantastically well! Oh my goodness, both my husband and I kept saying throughout the day what a great job they were doing. Not one thing went wrong! They worked efficiently and as a real team. The job required a large crane to reach over a stone wall, a fence, and good-sized Dogwoods to get to the Water Oak. Also, the stump grinder was lifted into the air and into the yard, so the fence would not have to be dismantled to get it into the yard. Again, not one thing (wall, fence, Dogwoods, decking, house, garage, or street below) had any dings or damage at all! Once the tree was down, the stump ground and the area cleaned up, they worked at planting our new tree. Again, this was done beautifully! Tierson procured the beautiful tree from a grower he uses. We highly recommend Tierson and his company, Boutte Tree Inc!!! While the financial "investment" was not cheap, the tree had to be removed for the safety of people and property! We also felt we needed to plant a replacement tree so our yard and Atlanta can remain a tree-filled city! With the wonderful job done by Tierson and his team and a beautiful new tree now in our backyard, we actually don't feel too bad about the money spent. Great job Boutte Tree Inc. and thanks much!

They did a very good job removing the pine. They were upfront about not doing stump grinding.

Everything went so smoothly! Jay came out first and gave a very fair estimate for the removal. Then the crew, led very professionally by Donys, arrived just when they said they would. They took down both trees with great care and precision, dropping small sections safely away from the house/deck, even though one tree was only a few feet away. They had They cut up both trees into small pieces, which they had to carry around the back of my next door neighbor's house by hand, to their large truck in the cul de sac. They did this quickly and thoroughly, leaving nothing behind. They left everything so clean, they even took a few extra old logs which were lying around there so it was perfect. We were highly impressed with Donys and his crew. They were not only punctual and careful, but polite and pleasant. They did an outstanding job at a really good price. Donys was clearly a very committed worker and leader of the men. I think many tree companies would have charged more, but none would have done a better job than the guys from Boutte. If we have any further tree needs, I'll definitely call them first!

lThe workers arrived late in the afternoon. However, once they got here were efficient, courteous and clean up was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

The work could not have been done without the very large crane that Teirson owns. His outstanding experienced and professional removed all the trees in one day, including removal of all debris, including blowing debris off the roof, deck and driveway.

Tierson's guys are great. They listen, do a great job and clean up wonderfully afterward. We will definitely use then again when needed

The representative arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. He provided the quote as requested. I have yet to have the tree removed but after I attain a few more quotes I will go with Boutte Tree is all prices are approximately equal.

Generally, I would give them a B rating. They were pretty good. They followed-through for the most part.

over all I was disappointed not enough trimmed back still have large branches looming over my deck and fence line which was the whole goal to try to remove. UPDATE: I am glad that Jay worked with us to figure out the problems and the crew came back out to trim additional limbs. Very professional and courteous.

The whole job went as expected.

I wish I had more trees so I could hire them again. I also assure you this is a real review, it just sounds like an advertisement because I was so happy with the work... After promptly returning my initial phone call, they had someone out to do an estimate the same day, and he had several quotes with different options written up and emailed to me by the next morning. I didn't feel like they were pushing work on me, but instead were totally concerned about getting me my sunlight without jeopardizing the health of the tree. I accepted the quote and they contacted me the next day to schedule the work. I got a call a week before my scheduled day saying they had a crew in the area who finished early and could do the work then, but I wasn't able to be there so I passed. On the day we had originally scheduled, they gave me a call to let me know they were on their way and arrived 15 minutes later. I can't tell you how happy I was with the work they did. My 2-year-old girl and I watched the whole thing, and we were both amazed. Without using climbing spikes (a sign of a real arborist), they were swinging between trees 100 feet in the air, and dropped several huge limbs down perfectly, without so much as touching the house or the fence or even the back deck. All the cuts were ideal and will heal nicely. Tree pruning of that quality is seriously impressive work. The work went quicker than I had anticipated (they actually did more than I had bargained for, cleaning up a few extra branches that were hanging over the roof), and they cleaned up every bit of wood and then got the blower out to tidy up. It was exactly what I was looking for, at a great price, and done quickly, professionally, and efficiently by a company that clearly cares a lot about trees. If you need tree work done, hire Boutte tree. I know I will the next time I need something done.

After posting this review, the owner was so concerned to make this situation right with me, that he has reached out to me via phone twice. The owner has adknowledged that the employee may need additional training, and assured me that this will not happen again with future clients. I was very impressed with his concern about how I, the client, felt about his service and my experience. Based off of these interactions, I would recommend Boutte Tree Inc to an yone looking for tree services.

Mr. Parker arrived on time to give an estimate, and set an appointment time for the work to be done. He was very professional and friendly. On the day of the tree cutting his crew arrived on time. They notified me that they were ready to start cutting. They did a very good job of cutting, trimming and removing all of the cuttings. I was very pleased .

Boutte was slow to schedule work after the original extimate. On-site experience was good, but not stellar. Workers were open to guidance and suggestions, and work was done within two hours after arriving on site. Supervisor accompanied me on a walk-around inspection of all impacted trees and shrubs and performed additional trimming to my satisfaction. Cleanup of trimmings was adequate, but not thoroough. Was very surprised when the billing for service in excess of the Angie's List credit was more than equal to the credit itself. $875 for three guys on site for two hours is pretty stiff. Made me wonder if the Angie's List prepayment was an excuse for add-on charges by the vendor.

This was an Angie's List special- $400 of work for $200. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient.

Services started on time with no problems. Logs were picked up several days later than promised.

Professional, and knowledgeable. Removed all debris. As a courtesy, removed some dead limbs on another untagged tree. I would definitely use them again.

I had a service that I had used several times who was no longer in business so I was not sure where to go. Looking through Angie's List (and Kudzu) I saw consistently good reviews for Boutte Trees. I contacted them for the job and used their services. Initial contact with their assessor Mike was very positive, he came out, surveyed the site, and within a day had a written proposal, including full costs and a site drawing emailed to me. I had one change to make at was also turned around very timely. Once I sent the approval back (via e-mail) we were ready to go, and scheduled two weeks out. The day before we had an opportunity to move the job up, I took it. The crew arrived, took out the trees, hauled them away and cleaned up. It looked great. The stump grinding team came two days later, exactly when scheduled and did another round of great work. I am very happy with their professionalism and services and would definitely use them again or recommend them to others

He was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. He wasn’t the warmest person I’ve interacted with, but certainly not cold. He came to do his job, not make a friend, so I don’t blame him at all.

An estimator came out almost immediately and within hours sent an estimate. Boutte performed the service on the date we agreed upon. They did a complete job, including coordination with Georgia Power, at the agreed-upon price. We are completely satisfied.
