I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Boutte. It started with my initial contact with Jessa in the office. She was helpful in relaying all the steps necessary to remove any trees in the Atlanta area. She scheduled Tierson to come out and give us an estimate, which he did promptly. They obtained all of the necessary permits, which was a huge relief to me. The day of the tree removal, Tierson and his team arrived as scheduled. Due to the location and size of the trees to be removed, a 70-ton crane was used. It was an amazing process as the large sections of tree were "flown" over my house without one limb touching the roof. I was especially pleased with how well they cleaned up the debris. This was a massive job and many of my neighbors commented on how professional the entire process was. Tierson Boutte and the entire Boutte team were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will certainly use Boutte again.

This company missed the appointment because the scheduler forgot to tell the estimator. The company e-mailed and called several times to apologize. They offered to reschedule but we had already chosen another company.

Tierson came out to do an estimate himself and was very helpful as I weighed between a few options. We had to wait a week or so as the permits were processed, which they did on my behalf. He and his team, when they came out for the work, were fast, friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely hire them again for another job!

They are very knowledgeable about the trees and how to trim them. They did not try to sell me services my trees did not need. He arrived on time and did what he said he would do, which included clean up and installing a tree swing. They were very pleasant to work with.

We were tremendously pleased with the service and cost. Since then, they have continued to provide us with prompt counsel and advice whenever we have asked.

Mr. Boutte and his crew showed up on time prepared to work. They all wore proper footwear and uniforms. It was obvious from the start that they were professionals. Mr. Boutte worked along side his crew and either climbed the trees or gave directions to one of his workers. The trees were removed with NO damage to the plants growing beneath them. All debris was removed by the company. The work was done expeditiously and was easily completed on the day started. Because all of the trees were in between the two buildings, a crane could not be used. All trees were removed by the use of climbers, ropes, and chain saws. Mr. Boutte said he prefers the challenge of working in an in-town neighborhood.

My niece referred Boutte to my brother, who referred him to me; all with high praise which proved to be totally warranted. Responsive, prompt, thoroughly knowledgeable, reasonable and excellent work from start to finish.

The work was very professional and timely. They also preformed quite a bit more work than I expected. They have a true commitment towards improving our community. They were not out there to make money but to care for the park environment.

From initial contact, Tierson was extremely helpful. He came out to assess our situation the day after we called him and clearly explained what the job entailed and provided a written estimate. He took care of filing necessary paperwork (permits, etc.) and when we were ready to schedule the work, was very responsive. The day of the tree removal, he and his crew arrived on time and were exceptionally professional and efficient, taking great care to clean up after themselves. The job required a crane with a special remote controlled grappling hook which made me feel much more comfortable about the overall safety of the job...even though the limbs were positioned across power, telephone and cable lines and the tree was precipitously close to my house, I never felt there was any danger of damage due to rogue limbs falling. His price was extremely competitive and there were no surprises with regard to cost. I would strongly recommend his services to others. A+

Boutte came out and gave us an estimate on a Saturday - which is nice. Their estimate was in line with the others we had received. We decided to go with them based on the facts that they were quick to come out and give the estimate, their price was fair, they seemed professional, and they could get us on their schedule in a convenient time frame. They came out as scheduled, completed the work in a timely manner, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Everything that we had specified was done to our liking, and we were overall very pleased with their work. Also, it is worth noting that the owner was there the entire time working on and supervising the job.

The work has always been very efficient and professional. We have been particularly happy with the clean up work that has been done when projects are finished.

They are a fantastic service with incredible knowledge of tree removal and excellent safety utilized. They did the best tree testing and removal I've run across.

Boutte arrived mid-morning with the crane and several large trucks to haul away the debris. They quickly got to work and were done by 3pm. Most of the debris was cleaned up before they left. They came back the following day to pick-up the wood that wouldn't fit in their trucks on the first day. Overall, Boutte did a fantastic job. Tierson and his crew made quick and easy work of a very difficult tree removal job. Their estimate was by far the best out of 5 companies we contacted.

Outstanding....the best. Tierson Boutte came very highly recommended (independently) from both a neighbor and a work colleague. He is a licensed arborist, extremely conscientious.
