Arrived early and had 2 of 3 trees trimmed by the time I was home. They followed instruction meticulously on the last and most difficult. Dony's crew did a great job! Thanks and see you again in the fall.

Limb fell, searched Angie's List for tree removal, called, and they came out immediately for an estimate. He got his crew out to complete the job within a couple of hours. Excellent experience.

I'm in this house because another house I owned was damaged by falling trees. I still love trees but I know their power and the risks associated with them - to owner and to those who work on them. I love all the technology that Boutte applies to their work. I hope it makes it safer for worker, long and short term. These men know their jobs and their business. The office staff was also terrific since I was a little hyper when I realized the tree hanging over my house was dying. They answered every question and were quite patient. I'm hoping I have a few more years with the tree in the front yard. But I expect Boutte will be back,

I contacted Boutte Tree Service and spoke with Virginia to schedule an estimate appointment. Virginia was absolutely professional and patient as we tried to work out a good time for us both. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to a family emergency and will reschedule in the near future. But I wanted to share with others how personable this company is. Tierson Boutte even took the time out to contact me back and wish me luck in my emergency. Although, I have not received actual service from them, I would recommend others to at least consult them for possible jobs. It's the little things that makes a big difference. Thanks to the Boutte team...

Estimate was done just days after I contacted them. Crew showed up on time and scheduled and did a very thorough job. Ground the limbs up immediately instead of of just cutting them up and leaving on the street for the city to pick up so no mess to look at for days or weeks at a time. Very good job.

I have been making calls about trees all day and this was by far the best experience. The person was kind, competent, clear about the process, expects to give an estimate the same day and offered to email my quote. It really is the little things that count and she did them all right today!

I hired this company through one of the Angie's List Big Deals. I purchased service @ $199 for $400 worth of work. They pruned (1) Tree and removed (1). I referred them to my neighbor who needed a tree removed which fell in my yard. My neighbor came back and stated Bouttee gave him the highest estimate he received. He instead went with another company. I also hired the other company and they actually removed (6) trees for the price of $200. Immediately I realized I had been schemed. I contacted Boutte Tree and told them I felt I was overcharged and that I would not pay anything else towards my invoice with them. I spoke with Jessa who became emotional and decided to send a follow up email stating I was being aggressive and that I yield at her. I did neither. They are now threatening to place a lien on my home if I don't pay this bill to the tune of additional $275.00

We've used Boutte twice and were pleased both times. They came out quickly to provide the estimate. I received the estimate by email that day and I was impressed that they sent me a certificate of insurance before I'd even asked for one. They were able to start the job soon afterwards. We had no problems. Everyone was very friendly.

He showed up and gave us a proposal. He showed up on time and finished the job on time. It was the exact price he quoted.

Jay, the first contact, was extremely pleasant, kind, and professional. We were looking at having a number of different things done in our front yard, and he priced each tree out individually, including what he called "Cadillac vs. Chevy" service on our huge tulip poplar. Based on his expertise, we backed off doing the work we originally intended (trimming up a maple in our front yard to give our grass more sunlight) and opted to have our poplar trimmed up instead (the size of the tree prohibits us being able to perhaps do something to it ourselves...the maple, on the other hand, might get a bit of care from us!) Anyway, they were on time; professional; and when they'd gone, you'd never know they'd been there. The poplar looked the same, but different, if that makes any sense. When we looked at the poplar from our back yard, over the roof of our house (that's how big it is) it still looked full and healthy, but had a much improved shape and light penetration. We would definitely use them again...they were delightful!

Those guys are awesome. It was a very reasonable price and Mr. Scary Oak isn't so scary anymore.

Their schedule was pretty busy when I called, and the earliest guaranteed time they could arrive was in 2 weeks. But they said that if I was flexible, they could come earlier if they found a gap. I agreed, and they came out two days later with a few hours notice. Work was done promptly and professionally, and I was espescially pleased with the cleanup. Staff was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

An excellent experience. The men were extremely hard workers---knowledgeable and offered good advise. I can't be more pleased--will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors. Cleaned up nicely and removed all debris.

I contacted who I perceived to be the top 3 tree removal companies servicing Metro Atlanta. All were polite and fairly knowledgeable, and I did meet with all three. However, after I engaged in more detailed discussions, Q&A, and asking for feedback and ideas, it was clear that Tierson was head and shoulders above the rest. I instantly appreciated his honesty as well as recognized that his experience and knowledge far exceeded the other two. With tree removal, I know I can find uninsured folks that run a risky business for cheap, but with a family and home within reach, I wanted to make sure I had the most expereinced and professional company available. I don't say it often but Tierson's crew exceeded my expectations and then some. I was comfortable with the entire process, and I liked the fact that his guys had been working together for a long time. All three services less the stump grinding were completed the same day, including the logistics of different trucks and equipment coming late in the day to pick up the big logs. There were also a lot of ornamental trees around one that they removed, and they took it down without any issues. It was evident that the crew were happy with their jobs and that shows in their work and customer experience. I know it seems like overkill in this review - but this is the only one I have been compelled to write because I really didn't know what to expect (as we have never had work like this done before) but Tierson was pateint with my questions and really made my Wife and I feel very comfortable. I have already given his name to several friends and would recommend them to anyone in total confidence.

Boutte responded to me the same day, indicating that they do not service my area, and recommending another company from whom I did get a quote. I thought this professionalism and responsiveness was impressive.

I tried to do a lot of homework before I had the tree that was growing through my deck taken out. It was really huge and was making my deck warped, as it was rubbing against the hole in the deck. I got a lot of estimates on the tree and the others I wanted taken down. Boutte came in around the middle of the estimates, but I was completely swayed to them by the reviews they got and by the way they treated me. Tierson came and figured out what it would take to get a crane into my front yard without damaging the yard, and gave me advice about what trees needed to be taken out. There were a lot that were close to the house, and we've had lots of trouble with squirrels trying to live in our attic. When it was time for them to come take the tree down, they brought in a huge crane (but not their biggest) and really carefully put big pieces of wood down so it wouldn't crush the grass too badly. They were really careful about how they parked it. It was pretty amazing to watch the guys working on the tree--they took the top off first, cutting the branches away and getting them away from the house, and then going piece by piece and cutting the trunk into huge sections. The crane would swing over the top of the house and pull up a piece of trunk with a sling. It was a wild thing to watch and I took pictures of the whole process. Everybody was really nice and they got so much done, not just the big tree. They took down three more, cleaned up some that I had them leave behind (that i probably should get them to come and get, in hindsight), and came back later to grind the stumps. They even followed up later to see if I was happy. I cannot recommend them enough. I was doing a lot of work on my house at the time and it really could not have been properly done if it had not been for the fine job that Boutte did. I rebuilt the patio the tree grew up from, as well as the deck the tree had warped. The next time I'm ready to take out trees or have my trees cleaned up, I won't hesitate to call Boutte. Tierson and his guys are great and they totally make you feel as if they care about your house and how you feel about your trees and landscaping, and they really do put you at ease. I never had the slightest concern for my house, even though taking that huge tree over it with a crane could've been pretty rough. Tierson knows his stuff and so do his arborists, and everybody at the company tries hard to make you feel important. I have recommended them over and over, and will continue to do so.

Dony's crew did a great job. They arrived quite late in the day, but that was ok, as long as they came. And they called first. They confirmed the height I wanted by measuring and they were very good about getting the errant limb here and there, and doing whatever I wanted. Limbs were cut and mulched, and the areas nicely cleaned. Virginia did a great job of scheduling, calling me to offer an earlier day, which I really wanted. I am greatful for that service. Be sure to ask for AM or PM time frame when scheduling to avoid spending all day waiting.

We were very satisfied with Bouttee. Tierson provided evaluation on four mature trees and estimate for pruning two trees and removal of two trees. He was knowledgeable and professional. He seemed to enjoy his job, which was nice to see. The estimate was provided in a timely manner. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work as defined. Invoice arrived and paid easily. No problems. Plan to hire them again for follow up next year and would recommend to neighbors. We interviewed two other companies. All arborists are not equal. This is part science and part art. When we compare the work done on our trees by Bouttee to the work done recently on our neighbor's trees by another company, Bouttee did a MUCH better job for about the same price.

The crew was originally scheduled to arrive at 8:30 am. However, due to overnight rain, we were told the crew would arrive at approximately 10 am. They arrived just past 11 am, which was a little inconvenient, but we understand that weather conditions cannot be helped. They worked diligently for the next several hours and made sure that the trimming was completed to our satisfaction. We were told up front that a different crew would grind the stump a few days later, and that is exactly what happened.

I got a quote from four or five different companies and they were by far and away like half the price of all the other quotes. To remove the tree and for the tree permit and for grinding the stump they charged $3125 and the price that I was getting from other companies were like $5000 and up. Their price made me choose them. I have never had a tree like that removed before but I would give them an ‘A’ for quality. They were very responsive and that was one of the reasons I liked them. I would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary.

They did an excellent job. Tierson, the company president, personally performed the estimate and directly oversaw the work. They were easy to work with. The were very careful to protect out existing yard, house, and driveway. They hauled away all the chippings.

Their estimator showed at the time specified, reviewed my needs and offered additional suggestions when I asked. An estimate was delivered via e-mail within 2 days and I scheduled an appointment. Crew showed on the specified day at 9:00 a.m. as specified and took out both trees and all limbs thru a 4-ft wide gate. Great crew. They took a short lunch break and were completely done with all cleanup by 2:30. Crew was very skilled and quite careful in not damaging any of the other plants in the vicinity of the trees to be felled. I will use them again.

All of their people at the company were very responsive. They return calls quickly and get back to you quickly when they need to check something. I sent my acceptance of their offer in at 4:00 pm and they were at my house by 9:30 am the next morning. The tree was down, chipped and removed by 1:00 pm the same day. Tierson's crew knows what they are doing.

They were out right away for the estimate. They promised me that they will send the contract on Monday night and they have neither sent me a contract nor returned my 5 different phone calls. There is a lot storm damage here and I think they have been really busy, but I am not going to excuse them for not returning phone calls. I am not going to use them in the future.

Fairly quick after submitting for an estimate request, I got a call to set up a meeting. Not only did they send someone to provide a quote, but they sent someone who was an arborist. At least they have "sales" people who don't just "sell" their product, they "know" their product. I found the quote to be reasonable and scheduled the job. They actually got to me a day ahead of schedule given that an opening became available. A team of three guys cane out with a big truck and a large chipper. The team leader went over the work order with me to be sure he understood the request and then he went over it with his team. The biggest part of the job was a magnolia tree that GA Power poorly pruned and left completely mis-shapen. I completely understood that it may not have been possible to give the tree much of a good look, but the guys did a wonderful job on it. I was totally pleased. All around these guys did a great job and left my yard looking cleaner than what it was when they arrived. I would absolutely use them again. I used other company's before and have not been nearly as pleased.
