Travis & his team were early and had all the necessary tools/supplies needed to dissemble furniture, etc, wrap & move. They were swift with both load and unloading the truck and did not try snd run up the time. I was extremely happy with the entire experience and will not only be using them again; but will share with my family, friends and clients!

 + -1 moreThe guys that came to move our stuff ruined all of our wood furniture and scratched up the sofa. We were told they would provide boxes, help package items, and disassemble furniture. 1. Nothing was provided for them to disassemble our bed and dressers. They had no boxes and nothing protective to cover the furniture and glass. I had to search for a screwdriver for them. Had I not had a screwdriver on hand, my furniture would probably not be moved that day... I also needed to provide a lot of my towels and blankets to wrap around the glass panels of the coffee table and desks because they didn't have any. 2. Because they weren't provided any padding... The corners and sides of our wooden table, dressers, and book case are scratched up and dented horribly. I would provide photos on here if I could. I don't know how I could fix it and the small discount given does not help. I am not happy at all with the service and would not recommend them to anyone that doesn't want their furniture severely damaged.
