+ -1 moreI’ve used him 3 times and my business partner has used him numerous other times. The main thing is he is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about codes, which for an inspector is very important. His prices are very reasonable. The most important thing to me, which a home inspector is, that they know their stuff and they really take the time to review everything thoroughly.
Description of Work: I have used Darren Cornell with Blue Sky Real Estate Group. He is an inspector and an appraiser. I used his services about 4 or 5 weeks ago for inspection.
