We got in touch with Black Stone Construction through a friend that works for a company that buys and refinishes houses for rental. Marcelino and Angel run the company; they and their crew did beautiful work on our house for a very reasonable cost. They rebuilt the chimney, removing the water damaged decking and properly rebuilding the roof. No leaks. They installed new carpet, refinished the kitchen with a number of carpentry repairs, and installed Granite Countertops. All this work for under 10K - get out of here! Marcelino helped us with the paint colors and hardware selection. The whole job was done on time with great competence.
Description of Work: Rebuilt the chimney, roof repair, installed new carpet, kitchen carpentry repairs, refinished kitchen cabinets, installed granite counter tops.
