Absolutely Wonderful!!! Our experience (husband and I), with Bertolli was amazing! The Bertolli brothers arrived at our home on time; they were very professional. First, they gave me a beautiful folder with all of their information, website, insurance information and my name was on the front cover. Wow! Second, while they were taking the measurements, they gave us a portfolio of their work. Yes! It was beautiful to see their finished work products and skills - which inspired us to get our stairs done. Third, what blew us away was after they took the measurements, they said "we can have an estimate to you in 10 minutes." My husband and I looked at each other in shock with our mouths wide open "speechless." WHOA! (NOTE: We had been looking at other hardwood floor vendors who would come, we did not hear from them, or state it would take 1 week to get us an estimate). The Bertolli brothers went to their truck to work on the estimate, I left for work, my husband stayed and waited; called me at work to state he had the estimate; it was line by line itemized with pricing and in color! Timeframe: Wed., I had an estimate; Thurs., we hired them; Friday, the hardwood planks were sitting in my home. The following week the project began. Bertolli was extremely considerate about our work schedules and met all of our needs. The communication was excellent; they always returned our calls promptly and/or responded via email. I highly recommend Bertolli Flooring - I will be a loyal customer for all of my flooring needs. It was a stress-free process, they even resolved some challenges for us. I will be hiring them again next year to install engineered flooring throughout my lower level. Bertolli flooring blessed our souls and their services were impeccable. Hallelujah!

Rarely have I been so pleased with the work of a company as I (and my wife) are with Bertolli Flooring. Their artistry and attention to detail converted our mundane, carpeted living room into a showpiece, worthy of any architectural magazine. This company was one of three that we interviewed. Their quote was only slightly higher than the low bid and considerably lower than the high bid. The company truly takes pride in a job well done. But the real proof is a big smile now, whenever my wife walks into the living room. Phillip and Bruno are very professional as is their crew. The job was well done and completed in the time that was estimated.

I chose Bertolli because of their high rating on Angie’s List and the very favorable comments in the reports. The tile work went well. There were only two minor issues. One was that the crew was late and the other was that they did not clean all the grout haze off. Bertolli did give me a $35 credit because I cleaned the haze off myself. While I am satisfied with the end result of the wood floors, I was dismayed at the amount of time it took and the poor service I received. The entire project took almost two weeks to complete instead of the one week I was promised. The additional time required was due to the poor work quality I received. First, the sanding and staining crew took longer than originally scheduled and failed to inform me of some water damage that they were unable sand out. I discovered it after all 3 coats of poly were down and I was able to fully inspect the floors. I would have approved the repair had it been brought to my attention immediately. Instead, my discovery of it later created a delay of two days while they repaired this area. Additionally, because the plastic wasn't put up and sealed properly , I had to clean up a great deal of dust from my shelves and inside my cabinets after the plastic was removed. Next, the crew that installed the shoe molding failed to make the corner cuts properly and evenly, failed to stain the cut ends, missed areas, did not apply any poly and left wood chips and shavings all over the floors. I had to call Bertolli to complain. Again, two more days passed before this was corrected. Even after they corrected the molding, they still left wood chips. Third, the transition from the tile floor to the hardwoods was not installed when it should have been. I had to call Bertolli to remind them that it needed to be installed. And lastly, I had several registers that were not put back and several more that were not replaced properly. I was unable to get those registers back flush with the floors. Again, after I complained, Bertolli came out to replace them. During the entire process, I never saw a supervisor until Francisco came to move the furniture back. Bertolli did correct every error that I brought to their attention but sometimes it was two days before they could get to me. However, it was a very disappointing experience. I really don't feel that I should have to perform quality control checks. That should be the company's responsibility. We were able to live faily comfortably in our basement during the whole process. If we had been in a hotel, I would have been extremely angry at the delays.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Bruno Bertolli and his brother came to my house to give me an estimate. I originally wanted cork or bamboo, but after a lengthy discussion I decided on laminate and staining of existing hardwoods. We were on vacation while the work was done. My mother was the local contact. She had a lot of questions, and Bruno answered every one, always returning her call promptly. I also asked a lot of questions via e-mail and always got a prompt response. The workers were extremely courteous to my mother and followed the schedule Bruno provided in an e-mail. My floors were in really bad shape, and the crew had to do a lot of sanding. I chose a light stain with a matte finish. The results are beautiful. In the kitchen, the laminate looks great. They left me some additional laminate in case I damage the floor and need to make replacements. When they were finished, they moved the furniture back into the rooms. Although their price seemed high, I now think it was appropriate for the considerable time and labor involved. This job could have been a huge hassle because we were on vacation, but it was totally hassle-free. Only after we returned did Bruno tell me my fridge had a leak and he called a plumber to fix it.

Bertolli was one of three estimates we received for refinishing our floors. we chose this company for reputation and a reasonable price. after the floors were finished my wife and i had hoped the floors would be stained darker. Bruno worked with us to refinish and restain the floors again. Although that was an inconvenience, Bruno and his team (Lewis) were very accomodating and importantly, did a beautiful job. I really appreciate these guys and the high standards they represent. How a company responds to customer concerns is exceptionally important, and these guys were very responsive and understanding in that regard, and we really appreciate them. I would recommend that you make sure you like the stain that you choose and have the company you choose place the stains in two or three places in the home to make absolute sure it is the stain you want.

The two brothers came the first week, measured the floor and discussed the wood choices. The next week, the wood was delivered exactly when specified. The following week two men came and installed the wood floors. It took about 13 hours, but the guys worked hard and did a good job. Another guy stopped by and installed iron balusters in my banister. The combined look really is nice. I will schedule this company to install carpeting in a couple of months.

We contacted Mr. Bertolli to do an estimate. He stated he was out of town and would call us back when he returned but he never did call.

Excellent! Bruno and his crew were professional, prompt, and affordable. Everyone was friendly and took pride in their work. Even the quote and invoice procedures were a level above the other companies we received quotes from. They moved our furniture very carefully. A very positive experience!

Bruno Bertolli (and his crew) gave a very professional estimate, arrived when promised, did the work well, cleaned up, and did a fine job, overall. I got 4 estimates, and this company was not the cheapest, but they were available on short notice (this was a rental property between renters, and needed immediate attention) and I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I had a few complaints during the walk-thru (a corner or two, a threshold they missed), but they were corrected quickly and well.

Went off just as planned. They showed up early and worked very hard. Bruno really cared about the quality of his job. I had a cat that had peed in my closet and they went the extra mile to remove the plywood and put it down the right way.

I thought that the guys who came out were really nice to work with and the entire job went extremely well. The crew that came out worked really quickly and in a very professional manner. I would recommend them to others in our community.
