Bruno made it easy for us. We had a tight schedule before we moved in, and he worked with us like an expert project manager to ensure we got it done. He was prompt in responding with an estimate and always accessible if we needed him. One of his crew members was a bit sloppy, but Bruno met us and agreed that it should be cleaned up. He even sent people after hours to install carpet for us in a room. The price was fair and his commitment to service is outstanding. His crew members were positive and professional and did a great job.

Bertolli was chosen because they were the only one who checked our subfloors and told us the particle board would absolutely need to be replaced with plywood before a hardwood installation. (We could have had an unpleasant surprise except for Bruno Bertolli.) Bertolli?s prices were fair and competitive. We choose hardwoods and carpet from ProSource in Norcross because they partner with Bertolli on projects. We contracted for a top-quality prefinished solid oak flooring for our entire upstairs and replacement carpet for the living room. ProSource?s prices were also competitive. Donna at ProSource worked with us to get just the right products. However, when the hardwood floor material turned out to be full of defects, Bertolli installers stopped the installation and, with my approval, removed the flooring and returned it to ProSource, who promptly and without problem exchanged all the flooring for our alternate-choice wood floor. This was seamless and painless?with no additional cost to us thanks to Bertolli and ProSource. I am a very particular individual . . . I found a some flaws in the installation. Bruno Bertolli and I worked out a fair solution, and I am 150% satisfied. I experienced Bertolli?s reputation; they always will make it right. Reliable, good quality and professional.

We did not end up using Bertolli, because of submitting an insurance claim. Bruno was excellent to work with and was very understanding when the mitigation company showed up the same time he did. It was a little crazy but he said he understood the situation and was still very helpful. He sent over quotes when he said he would and they were right in line with some of the others we had received. I would recommend Bertolli be on your list if you are looking to get flooring work done.

We received excellent service from Bruno, Ronnie and Luciano and their teams on our hardwood refinishing project. Everyone was was prompt and responsive, the price was right, and the floors look gorgeous. The match to an adjoining newer floor was perfect! We expected lots of dust but found very little.. The crew left everything immaculate. We would not hesitate to work with Bertolli Floors again.

I had bought a couple vouchers from an Angies List Big Deal. When Bruno first came over I had no idea what color flooring I wanted. He chose a color which to this day I still really like. About a week before the installation he had the flooring delivered so that it would get acclimated to the inside of my house. His crew arrived around eight o'clock on the day of installation and by five o'clock they had finished the entire installation which included moving around a lot of furniture. They did a total cleanup and everything looked great when they left. It was amazing to watch them work. They were extremely professional and hard working. I am writing this review several months later and to date I have not found any flaws in their work. So far the laminate flooring is holding up beautifully and it really looks great. The only thing different I had to get used to was the sound of music in my house. Putting in hard flooring after you have had mainly carpeting totally changes the acoustics in your house. Carpeting softens sound unlike a hard surface. The reason I did not rate the price is that I am really not sure how good it really was. Since I bought the vouchers, I did not do any shopping around which in retrospect was probably a mistake on my part. I did go to Home Depot to get a ballpark figure and Bruno's quote came within that ballpark figure. Since Bertolli did such a beautiful job, I am not over concerned with the amount I spent.

I contacted Bruno through Angie's List and he responded immediately. He was out to the house with an estimate within 2 days, and his estimate was in line with other estimates. The difference is that Bruno separated his estimate by line item as opposed to presenting me with one price. I appreciated that because I liked to be able to see where I was spending my money and it made the estimate feel more transparent. Other contractors didn't do this. Bruno stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Since we chose to have solid non-prefinished hardwoods installed, the process of installing, sanding, and finishing took several trips over a period of about a week.. Bruno always let me know when the next team would be arriving and everyone was on time as scheduled. I'm very happy with the finished product

I purchased two coupons to use on my project.? There was nothing in the terms that stated each had to be used on separate projects. The Provider would not honor these coupons,.? I was refunded my money by Angie's List, but I had to start the process all over again to find someone to do project.? They were not professional in that the man I talked with said he would confer with his partner and call me back.? No ever called back.

Brunco responded to my call almost immediately after I placed an email through Angie's List. He was out the same day to provide an estimate to have my master bedroom floors refinished. The floors were in horrible shape; approx. 100 screws and some areas of the floor were actually cut out. They replaced approx. 80 sq. ft. and "weaved in" the new flooring. They look brand new and you can't tell where the screws and old flooring were. They matched the red oak exactly and stained the floors to match the other hardwood in the house. Bruno's team (especially Willis) did an outstanding job and it far exceeded my expectations.

I thought Bruno was nice and accommodating during the initial consultation. I chose the laminate flooring to be installed in my home. The workmen showed up and disappeared for two hours. They completed the job at 11pm. I had to call to get them to come back out as there were a few boards that were loose. The repair work was shoddy to say the least. I did call back and they stopped by on a Friday while I was at work. I gathered that Bruno was the sales person and really did not have a good idea about the time it would take them to repair their work. It took longer than he had stated.Now I have some of the boards that are broken across for now reason, as they are not in the traffic area of the house. I realized that I should have went with another company.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bertolli was one of several contractors we invited to inspect and "bid" our project. We were impressed by the pofessional forthright approach to our questions concerning not only the work to be done, but the well-informed advice pertaining to the materials we were considering. The estimate was professional, thorough, detailed and included delivery of all materials. When the schedule was set up, the crew arrived early, worked late, finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Great care was taken by the crew to protect our home from the effects of the process, especially the demolition. The finished product is fantastic. The floors are beautiful and the entire process was surprisingly pleasant.

They were great to work with. Called Bruno and set up appointment for estimate. He showed up on time and quickly had an estimate completed. Went to their supplier to pick out flooring and paid them directly. Flooring was delivered three days later without an issue. On day of install, I had to go to work so I left the door open for them. Bruno called around 4:30 to tell me that the job was done. When I got home, the floor look great. They cleaned up so well that I could not even tell where they had done the cutting. All the moldings were secure and looked great. I would not hesitate to use them for another project.

Loved our experience with this company! Bruno came out and provided an on the spot estimate in the afternoon of the day that I called. He was prompt in meeting our scheduled time, explained his process, took measurements, and within a few minutes I had a professional estimate of his services. The price for our wood floor was very reasonable. We provided a down payment over the phone. We wanted to install hardwood flooring in our living/family room area that matched the foyer, den and dining room. Bruno kept me informed of the process for ordering our product, expected arrival date and projected install date. The flooring arrived several days ahead of schedule and Bruno called to set up an earlier than expected install date, nearly a week ahead of time. On install day, Ronni and his crew arrived right on time and went right to work. They moved the large furniture out of the way, ripped up and disposed of the old carpet and padding, and then within just a few hours we had a beautiful floor. Ronni was meticulous in making sure that the floor was clean, installed properly and that the furniture was restored to its original position. A couple of days later, Bruno called to ensure that everything was ok and to take care of the final payment. Bertolli Floors performed an exceptional job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends for any flooring needs. Eventually we will want to replace the carpet on our stairs and upstairs and I know we will call Bertolli to make it happen. They were extremely professional. They were very good at what they did and provided good quality. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

From the onset of scheduling the appointment to the estimate to the completed job was awesome. Bruno was professional and a joy to work with. The carpet and floor installers were punctual and completed the job timely. The quality of the job receives an "A". The hardwoods look wonderful and I was given instructions on how to care for them. I definitely recommend Bertolli Floors and will use them for my next project.

They weren't the cheapest but they weren't completely outrageous either. We had 3 estimates done, all companies chosen based on Angies List reviews so we knew they had good reviews. We have chosen this company because they not only have good reviews on Angies List, but because they seem very knowledgeable, thorough, and very customer-focused. I spoke to Daniel and Bruno to explain what we were looking to have done. They were very timely in going out to the house to give us the estimate. Bruno even called to let me know he was on the way (not done by the other companies) and he confirmed when he had finished looking at everything and stated he would be submitting the estimate that evening. As promised, he did just that! We got the estimate that evening and it was detailed - very thorough! WE appreciated having that in such a timely manner. I called to ask a few more questions the next day and spoke at length with Daniel since Bruno was not available. Daniel was awesome - helped answer all of my questions and concerns. We are very impressed with their attention to detail and customer focus thus far. We are also impressed with their knowledge and information shared regarding the process, etc. I will be writing another review once the project is completed but so far, so good! We look forward to having them do our floors and I can't wait to see the finished product in a couple of weeks.

When I contacted him, there were some descrepancies on the specifics of the deal. He said the deal that was laid out originally was not exactly right. The buyer expects to get what they are paying for but apparently that wasn't conveyed properly. He was supposed to get back with me on an estimate for the work and I never heard back from him.

They did an excellent job. Every crew they sent out was very specialized in each part of the job they were sent to do. Their english wasn't the best, but we were still able to communicate. That was definitely not a deal breaker. They did an excellent job putting my furniture back and keeping my house clean. I was extremely impressed.

I had two quotes for the job, Bertelli Floors won the job based on reputation, price and the professionalism of Bruno, the owner. The work was scheduled for one week after the award of the job. The flooring was delivered the next day so it could acclimate to the environment of the house. A three man crew arrived promptly the morning of the job with Ronnie being the supervisor. The crew worked non stop except for a lunch break and appeared to be craftsmen of their trade, not just hired hands. Preparations were made to keep dust contained to the area of the house being worked on and there was no mess in the house after job was completed. Having laid floor myself in the past, I can say the quality of the work is excellent and I am very pleased with the job. The only issue encountered was the re-installation of the sink had to be rescheduled for the next day because I had a meeting at 6:00 pm, and we ran out of time. The plumber did not show the next day, but after rescheduling, the plumber showed up as promised.

I took an afternoon off work and had about six or seven flooring contractors visit my house to give me estimates on this project. Of the contractors who visited, Bruno Bertolli really stood out in terms of professionalism; most of the contractors seemed very competent, but Bruno brought a portfolio of his previous work and seemed more knowledgeable than any of the other estimators. Bruno and I went back and forth through several versions of the estimate as I evaluated various options. When I settled on the final plan, I called Bruno and accepted his estimate. A few days later, the boards were delivered. The next week, Bertolli's crew installed the new hardwood and then did the sanding and finishing. The day after the finishing, they installed new shoe molding. Everything went very smoothly, and they did a job that is absolutely beautiful.

Cheri and I (married over 42 years) grew up in Pittsburgh, PA , 1950 - 1980. Our friends/relatives/neighbors were carpenters, cement contractors, brick layers, steam fitters, iron workers, roofers, framers, plumbers, steel workers etc; honest to goodness real blue collar, salt of the earth people who were experts, loved their craft and delivered more than what was promised for a fair price. Since moving to Minneapolis, Orlando and now living in Atlanta, we have had been unable to find acceptable partners in the repair or upgrade of our homes (perhaps more of a sign of the times versus location). We now live in a 15 year old 2,800 square foot home. Approximate value in today's market is $200,000 (don't ask what it used to be....). We wanted to eliminate the carpets (we have 3 Shitzus, hahaaa... you know the drill when they get old). We researched Lowe's, Home Depot, the internet, local advertisements etc. but we were not happy with the estimates, the represented quality nor the perceived value from our standpoint. We were very fortunate to dig into the recommendations of Angie's List. Bertolli Floors was highly recommended so we contacted Bruno Bertolli. Wow! Bruno personally inspected our home, listened to our needs and my extreme expectations, made recommendations and provided a reasonable estimate within the same day. We agreed upon the scope of work, the price, and the schedule. EVERYTHING went as planned even though the installation team discovered horrible unforeseen problems with our sub floor (the previous flooring contractor had "screwed/glued/nailed extra plywood in order to compensate for a poor initial construction job - don't get me started on the poor quality of builders nowadays) . I am a retired (35 years) Regional Commercial Construction Manager with a Fortune 100 company. To say that I'm a detail person with high expectations of performance is an understatement. The Bertolli Team arrived exactly on time and beat our (Bruno and I) schedule. Don't misunderstand - they didn't rush the job or take any shortcuts. I was on site continuously during their presence and Ronny, the Installation Manager, was very patient and professional with me (I can be quite demanding). Other than to quell my initial trepidations, Ronny really wasn't needed on site because his team were all very professional, knew what to do and did it well. It was a pleasure watching them perform (the installation team was also patient with me even though I was "hovering" over them). We also had our stairs replaced. Luciano is their "Primo Bella"stair artisan (sorry if my Italian is poor but you get the picture). Darn... I wish I knew Luciano when I was in construction! He sanded/stained/sanded/stained etc., etc. until my stairs met his standards which indeed exceeded my expectations. Bertolli Floors is well recognized in Atlanta as the best and as a result, their biggest challenge is scheduling future installations. Because of our outstanding partnership, Bruno, Phillip, Ronny, Luciano and I are now coordinating replacement of my wooden handrails with upgraded and very beautiful decorative iron and also replacing the flooring in our Master Bedroom. I promise not to be a mother hen next time and I'll just let them do their job. Tough for me but probably a big relief for the Bertolli Team. Our plan next year is to have Bertolli Floors replace our 3 bathroom floors with tile. I recommend Bertolli Floors and encourage everyone to to call Bruno if there is a need for flooring, stairs, steps, etc., etc. The whole team are skilled artisans who display pride in workmanship. "You get what you pay for" is a phrase that many people repeat but sometimes you don't "get what you pay for". I did. NOTE: My daughter lives in a 2.4 million dollar home in a famous country club estate here in Atlanta. I defy anyone to tell the difference in the quality of Bertolli flooring between our home and my daughter's home (of course, her price was well beyond my finances....).

They were professional and on time. They seemed like they had lots of good references. The difference was that we had another company which was also able to do some work on our stairs as well as the hardwoods. If we had gone with Bertoli we would have had to contract with a second company to do the work on the stairs.
