Description of Work: Initially they replaced all the carpet on the 3rd floor and ground floor of my townhouse. They also sanded and refinished the wood on the main floor. A year later a pipe broke on the ground floor and ruined the floor so they replaced it. Work on the 3rd floor has heaved up in two areas (minor and mostly concealed by furniture) but not fixable according to Bruno.

Description of Work: I had water damage in four areas of hardwood and laminate. I checked Angie's list and saw the great reviews that Bertolli Floors had and I contacted the company. I spoke with Bruno and scheduled an appointment for the same day, he arrived on time and was very professional . We discussed what work needed to be done and I was given a very fair estimate. I agreed to have the four floors replaced and scheduled an installation date. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and started working immediately. They were very professional and worked quickly and effectively. The workmanship was outstanding and the finished product is beautiful. I could not be more satisfied. When the work was completed the team cleaned up and returned the furniture back to it's original position. I started with damaged floors and ended up with floors that looked like they were installed with the house. It was a postitive experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the best work done

Description of Work: Ronnie and his crew installed wood flooring throughout our home with care and diligence. Even though some issues arose (beyond their control) about the layout of the wood due to the floor supports that were originally put in place when house was constructed we could not be more pleased with the ending results. The floor is incredible and we are very proud to have visitors over to see it. Ronnie and his crew left no debris behind. We would definitely recommend Bruno as the Salesperson and Ronnie as the Installer and we plan on using their services in the future for bathroom tiling erc. They are a delight to work with, professional and polite.

Description of Work: We had bought a forclosure in Roswell, Ga which needed almost 5000 square feet of flooring. After getting many quotes I felt were too high, I called up Bertolli Floors. Bruno came out two days later and gave me a fantastic price. He said he could start just a few days later and assured me that his installers could do all the work which included laying hardwood floors, removing old tile, laying tile and installing carpet. I was amazed at how fast they worked and the quality of the job. They completed the job faster than they thought and did a job much nicer than I imagined. Bruno was very professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs. Two thumbs up!!
