Description of Work: I switched our internet service to Bell South because the previous service wasn't working well. We use them for phone service as well.

+ -1 moreI have a computer DSL contract with them. They did not even charge me a service fee. They came out and fixed it right away which was the very next day after it happened. They even showed up a little early before the scheduled time. They were great.
Description of Work: They fixed my computer after a lightning storm burned it out.

+ -1 moreHAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE. RELIABILITY IS GOOD, HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A LITTLE SLOW, BUT I HAVENT HAD TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO OFTEN.
