Mr. Bell and Donna provided excellent and timely service. They scheduled my appointment in advance and met the timing in spite of frequent rain delays. The job was expected to take 3 days but, ultimately, only required 2 days. The team was professional and did a great job cleaning up at job completion. I would strongly recommend them to working professionals who want jobs completed on schedule and without issues.

I was pleased with Bell's performance throughout the process. Mr. Bell does his own estimates so you get to meet the owner of the company right up front. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and explained everything thoroughly to us. The team that actually did the work was equally nice and friendly and I was SUPER impressed with the clean up job they did at the end of each day. The company was VERY responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The woman who answers the phone and interacts with customers is so friendly and nice that she almost feels like a friend at this point. You definitely get a sense that you're working with people - not "just" a company. I would definitely recommend Bell Roofing to anyone needing this kind of work done.

I originally chose Bell Roofing as a result of their high rating on Angie's List. The Bell Roofing crew reported to the job on the agreed upon time and date. They were very professional. The quality of installation and their clean-up were excellent. The job was completed in two days. The job was coordinated by Donna at Bell Roofing. Her customer service was outstanding. This was the best experience I have ever had with a home repair project. I would recommend them highly.

Bell Roofing made it so easy! I called for an estimate on the repair of the leak and within a week or so of the estimate, they came out and made the repair. The repair itself took less than an hour. I would definitely use them again.

The work was done on the day scheduled and the crew was professional and left the yard and roof clean. I watched the work being done and did not see any corners cut that would affect quality. The price was excellent and there were no hidden surprises on the final bill. What he bid is what I paid.

Bell Roofing did the job extremely well. They cleaned up everything they said they would, they were on time, they were pleasant and they always had someone on site making sure everything was going smoothly. We had a good follow up with Donna after. We used architectural roofing which was a little bit more expensive but they did a great job on the whole project including the clean-up, follow-up etc.

I only got an estimate from Bell Roofing and they were very prompt and professional with the quote. They were prompt and courteous and gave me a good overall view of what they were going to do. I had no complaints with them, I just decided to go with another company.

Everything was first rate. Charlie Bell was recommended by another longtime craftsman whose judgment we trust. He came through as billed.

Everything went very well. Donna keep me informed daily on the status of the project start date (moved due to weather), delivery of dumpster (day & exact time), what to expect, what I needed to do prior to the installation. She did a great job!! Peasure to work with. Everything was done on time and on budget...no surprises! The team left my yard clean at the end of each work day and made sure I was happy with everything before they left on the final day. Excellent experience!

I contacted Bell Roofing for an estimate, but after getting several estimates, my job situation changed and I am having to delay the work. I will certainly consider them for the job once I am able to do so.

In the Fall 2009 he put a new roof on my home. He came back out this time to do some repairs after I contacted him. He did the work at no cost and I was satisfied.

After they did the roof, we had two leaks. However, they came back and redid a whole section of the roof right away. They were also able to fix and repair the second leak very quickly. They are very prompt and courteous. They stay with you throughout the job, and they don't just leave when they are done. They make sure everything is to your satisfaction. I just can't say enough good things about them.

Charlie Bell was professional, fair, and thorough. He apprised me of my decision-making items and the implications of my choices. He communicated clear and accurate expectations about price and schedule, and met or exceeded those expectations. The work was on-time and correct. Office administrator was friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent.

The initial contact with office personnel was extremely pleasant & professional. A complete, thorough estimate was submitted shortly therafter. Although we chose to go with a different contractor because of a lower estimate, I have no doubt that choosing Bell Roofing would have given us the quality we were looking for. After they didn't hear back from us, we received a follow-up call offering us a 5% discount. When I told them we wouldn't be needing them after all, the office personnel thanked me and asked us to call if we have future roofing needs. The excellent communication with Bell Roofing was much appreciated on my part.

I contacted Bell Roofing to find out if they installed gutters. They returned my call within one business day -- apologizing for not calling sooner -- to let me know that they contract their gutter work to a sub. They provided the contact information for the sub (Jeff's Gutters) which I wound up using for the job. I was very impressed that they took the time to return my phone call, even knowing I would not be hiring them for work. I appreciated the good customer service and would consider using them for roofing repairs in the future.

Charlie Bell did the estimate and explained the various options available. His estimate was very thorough and detailed. Once we decided to use his company, Donna in his office became our key contact. As others have stated, she is great - very thorough and personable - a real asset to this small company. The crew arrived as scheduled and the supervisor introduced himself and explained what they would accomplish on day one and then on day two. When he left the site to get some materials, he advised me that he was leaving and when he would return. The gutter work was handled by a sub that Mr. Bell regularly uses. All work was performed to our satisfaction and the clean-up of materials was thorough. Everything occurred as described in advance. It was a very professional experience!

They showed up when planned, did what they said would be done and cleaned up after themselves. I did have to call them back (which is pretty common with roof leaks), they came back after a heavy rain so they could find the exact location of a leak and did the repair work without any additional cost from initial agreed upon amount

On the day scheduled for the estimate, it snowed 4-6 inches (In Atlanta, thats like 2 feet!). He called to say he would be a bit late, even though most of the area was shut down. He came, climbed up and did the roof inspection in the snow. The estimate was good, and he completed the work within a day or so. No leaks!

Excellent. They started on schedule on Tuesday (4/13/10) morning, completed the work by Wednesday(4/14/10) afternoon as promised, and Charlie Bell came by Thursday (4/15/10) morning and did the final walkthrough. There was one area where I requested a minor touch-up (by the valley at the junction of the shingled roof and the front porch flat roof), and Charlie got his workers to come out and take care of it within the hour. Also, the crew did a great job of cleaning up all of the nails and old roofing material! In fact, they didn't leave any junk on the property. From an administrative standpoint, Donna (from the office) did a great job of letting me know what to expect before they began the job, and also kept in touch while the job was going on to make sure things were going OK. Also, she even helped me in choosing what color shingles to use, since I wasn't sure how they would look on the house itself (as opposed to in the catalog)! She was very personable, friendly, and professional. All in all, it was a surprisingly stress-free experience! And as I write this review 3 1/2 months later (due to my busy schedule), there are no leaks and the roof looks great! I would (and will) definitely recommend Bell Roofing to friends/neighbors!

Bell Roofing came out to diagnose and provide an estimate for a leak that developed in our roof after a heavy rain. We have been using another provider and leaks keep springing up. Charles Bell said that our roof was aging and the leaks were due to "nail pops" caused by an old roof and poor attic ventilation. They had someone out within a day to repair the area where we were having the leak.

Like many others, I developed quite a few leaks in my roof after all the rain we've had recently. After reaching out to a number of highly rated roofers, Charlie was one of the few who actually kept his initial appointment and didn't flake out. He was by far the most through and knowledgeable during the inspection, and found many legitimate issues that others missed. His quote came in higher than others, but given his attention to detail, overall professionalism, warranty length, and treatment of his crew, I felt the most comfortable with him. With all the rain, they were quite busy, but Donna worked very hard to work our job in ASAP. She did a great job of communicating, and was a very valuable resource through the entire process. I always knew exactly what was going on. There were two minor followups after the job, and both were handled immediately. I had no problem communicating with the job crew, and they were all quite professional. I highly recommend Charlie and Bell Roofing.
