Description of Work: A minor repair that had been botched by a previous contractor. Price seemed pretty steep after comparison shopping but they are professional, courteous, and did a top notch quality job, so worth the cost if you can afford it.

Description of Work: Needed fascia repair following water and bird damage. Called several companies for an estimate. Of all the companies contacted and out to give an estimate, Mr. Bell was the only one to actually get the ladder off his truck, climb up and view the area in need of repair. While on the roof he found 4 shingles missing. Satisfied with the price I faxed a copy of the written estimate to form a contract and within 5 days the work was completed. Loose and missing shingles replaced, rotten trim replaced area made water tight and painted with the same color paint used to paint the house last year. Although the company stressed I did not need to be home while the work was completed, I preferred to be at home. I beleive because of that the exact arrival time of the repairman was not confirmed. Luckily for my peace of mind I was at home. The repair took approximately 2 hours. More than pleased would gladly use Charles Bell Roofing Company again.

Description of Work: Charlie Bell and his crew were first class, from estimate through roof completion.

Description of Work: They replaced my roof with architectural shingles, got rid of some old roof vents that were no longer in use, added one that I needed, replaced rotting plywood, and added 2 new ventilation fans.

Description of Work: Great help from Donna at the home office. Charlie Bell came out several times to clearify items. Helped me locate roofs they had done and to select the right color for my roof. Timely instillation of the new roof and now, no leaks. Great service. Would use them again if I ever needed to have a roof replaced.
