I have never had such a bad service experience in my life. The salesperson estimated 40 sq. feet to repair damaged flooring, but the installers only used 8 sq. feet of wood. They failed to pull up all of the damaged flooring and had to come back out to replace it. I had to stay on top of the salesperson to get a refund for the unused flooring, and the shoddy quality of the initial job (failing to replace buckled boards, puddling, failure to move refrigerator and refinish underneath). When the installers came back out to re-do parts of the job, they removed the damaged boards, then left the floor open and then failed to come back for over a week, until I contacted the salesperson and the company president. There was been a complete lack of communication and coordination with the install crews, with a different crew showing up every time. Even after the manager of the install crew got involved, the process has been miserable. They were supposed to be at my house mid-afternoon, but had not arrived by late afternoon. They are a COSTCO provider, so you can be sure I will be complaining to COSTCO about the lack of service quality.

Unsatisfactory.

We had a rep come out and visit. She took measurements, and discussed a few things. She didn't bring samples and insisted that we go to their showroom. We finally did, even though reluctantly. This company had the highest prices. We requested samples, which they did provide. The sales rep was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Once we were in the showroom, they were very helpful.

I actually called these guys to tell them what great work the employees that they sent out to my house did. They moved our furniture in the bedroom. Then they moved it all back into the correct places. Our experience with them could not have been better. They were here on time. They cleaned up and left. I would absolutely hire them again in the future. They were easy to deal with, they were so friendly, and I was just thrilled with them overall.
