+ -1 moreThey did a terrible job. From a leaking roof in the new home to ovens that didn't work the first week we moved in, which was Thanksgiving with a whole house of company. To a basement that flooded that same weekend because they didn't connect the plumbing properly and air conditioning ducts never hooked into the system, that took 4 contractor visits to figure out the problem. Indoor painting that was done at night by the light of a generator that needed to be totally redone, poor tiling, and overall general poor quality and service on all levels. A lawn full of rocks, no topsoil, and dead plants and bushes that were supposed to be replaced, and never were. Water problems in the lawn that were never corrected. The list goes on and on. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS.
Description of Work: Built brand new home on vacant lot that we purchased in a new home development.
