Beaver the Handyman & Home Renovations

Jhony and his team replaced joists and main foundation beam in the crawl space. They also laid hardwood floors in my kitchen and laundry room area. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I would gladly recommend Jhony and his team to friends and family!

Jhony and the team at Beaver were absolutely awesome. They did great work and were really knowledgeable. They also were very kind and considerate about taking care of little extras that arouse during the job and coming back to take care of clean up and touch ups at the end. I highly recommend them!

Beaver did an excellent job on my bathroom renovation. They repaired pre-existing structural problems and also gave the inside a really beautiful face lift. Mr. Jhony and team were so pleasant to work with in addition to doing beautiful work. I'm very pleased and would hire again!

I can’t speak to their work or prices because I was never able to get a quote from them. Sent a message through here, and never got a response. So I called and spoke with them, and then texted my address, which is close their location. They said they would be in touch later that day or the next to schedule a time to get together to give me a quote on my bathroom, basement and deck. Didn’t hear anything for a week so I reached out… they picked a day and time to come by. I planned my day around it and they were a no-show. Got a text saying they were sick and would have to reschedule. Never heard back. Unfortunately, this is typical of this industry and certainly no worse than 85% of the people I’ve dealt with during my home remodel. But, I was hoping for better by going through Angi’s, but so far results are the same.

Highly recommend Jhony Ventura! We wanted a 4 x6 widow cut into a wall between a sunny TV room and a dark, windowless foyer. Jhony gave us just what we wanted. He had to move some electrical and we also wanted it framed. Jhony showed up on time, protected our furniture and any mess was cleaned up. We are so pleased with his work and work ethic. I’m sure we’ll use him again.

Jhony Ventura did a wonderful job for us! We had a wall between a bright, sunny tv room and a very dark, windowless foyer. Jhony cut out a 4 x 6 window, moved some electrical, then framed it. It looks great, foyer is now so much sunnier. Going to have shutters put up eventually. No mess, furniture covered, great experience and would certainly use Jhony again.

They were great! Jhony is very responsive by text or phone. They were very professional and made suggestions like a wine rack in the kitchen and a niche in the bath that really made the spaces even better! We are already planning to have them come redo our laundry room when we have saved up for a bit!

I didn’t ask for one, but they reached out to check so they could add it while they were doing the work. We also made a few small changes and added a small job, and they took it in stride. Their work is top quality, and their customer care is the best I’ve ever gotten from a remodeler. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends!

Everything went great. They made sure to cover furniture so that our things didn’t get dusty from drywall work, and kept the work area tidy. The project of widening our closet door took the estimated amount of time and the cost matched the estimate. We are very happy with the final outcome!
