Communication on arrival time and schedule could have been better but the workmanship was excellent.

Deck itself was done very well. Looks good. The concrete pads were difficult and I had to request they be redone due to poor work And cracks. Then two weeks later big rain came and basement flooded due to the fact that they cut my gutters and didn?t replace the downspouts away from house. They didn?t let me know they cut the gutters and left the hose on which also contributed to the flood. Some real basics that would keep from recommending them to anyone.

I probably drove John crazy as I can sometimes do that. However, John and his team exceeded my expectations and believe me that is not so easy. I had a screened porch added over an existing patio. My HOA had specific requirements and they went above and beyond. This was not a simple build. They did an excellent job. I have the best looking screened porch in the neighborhood and it does not look like an addition. John remained active with the project from start to finish. Most definitely would hire again. Many thanks to John and his team.

Mark and Troy did an excellent job on building my new deck. I love that cedar wood with black aluminum was used for the handrails, which I believe it typical for this company. Anyhow, it was what I wanted. Now I would have given a 5 star rating, but there is room for improvement on overall communication. What I’m saying is there could of been better communication from all parties involved with the project. Overall, I’m pleased with the end result, but would of liked to rebuild the old deck instead of repurposing the material for other ideas found online.

Although my project is not complete I wanted to submit my rating of this business. After a very slow start we got our project built within 2 days with Luis' crew. They are knowledgeable and hard working! I don't think my rating will change when all work is completed. It is rare in my experiences to have an owner visit the site but Jean showed up often to check progress. Very refreshing. I would have given a five if not for the slow start. I also want to thank Mark for giving us the deck we didn't even know we wanted.

I hired John and his company to demo my existing deck and double its size with premium lumber. The quality of the job was pretty high, but we feel we were misled concerning the black and red lettering stamped on the boards which were used to build the deck. We inquired during the deck build about the stamps and were told it should not be an issue. At least 35 boards have ink stamps on them that were used for decking (facing up) and we were told these stamps would wash off so we could stain the deck with clear stain in a few weeks after the build was complete. Of course, that did not occur, and I called and texted the salesman (Mark) to find out what could be done to remove or eliminate these stamps. After multiple texts and calls we have been told nothing will or can be done to resolve this issue so we will have to find other options to remove them ourselves. So therefore, we paid over $7K for a deck that we now have to find a way to remove the stamps ourselves or replace the boards prior to staining. Buyer Beware!

These guys are fantastic. We worked with Mark to get pricing on a deck addition to our home, and he had some great ideas that we'd never even thought of. When it came time to build, the guys were FAST and efficient. They did all of the cutting on site from their own measurements so there was no confusion about what was needed. Even with rain popping up during the work, the guys managed to build a beautiful deck for us in just a few days. We are very happy with the workmanship. Their builds are solid and definitely high quality.

Hired this company to tear down and rebuild a front porch with stairs, a side cement slab and stairs and another set of stairs. They sent out Luiz to do the job. What a mistake. Not one thing was completed correctly. Not one stair was level, the concrete slab was unbelievably bad. The back stairs were so off level it was noticeable to the naked eye. After our "walk around" we pointed out all the mistakes and were told there would be someone out to correct. Unbelievable, they sent Luiz! How can someone who thought they did a good job fix the problems? There were so many mistakes we had to choose our "battle" and had them remove the concrete slab and redo it. They shimmed the back stairs and now we have an end post 2" off the ground! and the other side is now off and we are left to shim it. Bolts are screwed in crooked on the front porch. One of the posts isn't even sitting on the concrete pads he poured. The baluster work is so bad every pole is installed in to holes in the wood that are too large and all are splintered, how we will fix these I have no idea but a lot of work on our time. I must say the company tried to fix all the problems but, I am sorry to say, Luiz seemed to be the main issue as his inability to do quality work.

I had my old deck torn down and a new one built. Requested that it be built with premium grade lumber with no knots. It was on the statement of work. The entire deck was built with another type of lumber with knots. They compensated me by building a lattice wall around the bottom of the deck. I was out of town when they built it, so I wasn't able to catch this early on. They also didnt build the deck with continuous vertical posts. They came back and screwed on post tops to the top railing which didn't line up with the vertical posts under the top railing. A lot of the cuts in the wood were not sanded. There was also a lot of splintering and splitting of the wood due to over-tightening of bolts, etc. Also, I called them back and requested they come stain the pine, but never heard back from them. I might recommend them to a friend. but with caution.

John was awesome , he did what was promised in a timely manner. I had them change a couple of things along the way and he handled all request . John made sure that everything was 100% to our approval. I would recommend his services to everyone .

we were very pleased and the work was awesome and they were very professional and work done soooooooooo quick and was done top notch:) so glad we had the chance for Beaubien to do our work very happy and grateful!!!!! job well done recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor!!

I would have chosen excellent if it was one of the options above. Very good is not adequate to describe the work done. We had 4 estimates. One from a big box hardware company which was 4 times the price that Beaubien and Company estimated. We were very happy with all aspects of the work. From the workers that came to our home, who were very polite and professional, the materials used for the project, the quality of the work, and most of all the outcome. When you let someone into your home you are always very leary about it. We were very happy with Beaubien and Company and will welcome them into our home for future projects.
