A shower leak welcomed me home from a New Year’s vacation with a large stain on the ceiling in the living room and an unusable shower in the primary bathroom. Several weeks later after a back and forth with my insurance company I was able to get the bathroom and ceiling repaired! Enter my friends at BDM Residential Remodeling They came in, found all of the trouble especially after the insurance adjuster didn’t even look up into the ceiling and worked with me to fix all of the previous problems and give me a bathroom that’s magazine ready! Subs were great and quality excellent. Only compliant is timeliness of work. The 6 week job ended up being a 14 week job. There were delays in coordinating some subs and shower door (which was 3 weeks). Would use him again but anticipate delays. We can tolerate this for quality and honesty.

Our first experience was a full kitchen remodel - everything from walls and floor to appliances. At the time, we interviewed several general contractors and selected BDM because we felt we could trust him - he talked with us extensively about the scope of the project before we signed or paid anything, and gave us an estimate that was within our stated budget. BDM was able to make this work for about $40,000 by recommending the right places to cut costs without impacting the quality. BDM performed extremely high quality work, and Bret and his subcontractors were very reliable, we had no problems with anyone being in our house when we were away at work. Since then, BDM has performed many other smaller projects in our house. We rely on Bret's advice for any home repair or home improvement projects. Bret's work is always high quality and he stands behind it.

BDM showed up on time, inspected the rest spot, confirmed it could be corrected and proceeded to fix the problem. it was messy work but they clean the bathroom thoroughly.

This was not my first and quot;rodeoand quot; with Bret and his crew. This was a fairly straightforward home remodeling project for just one room. I'm about to start them on a much bigger cabinetry and home theater project. They've done some really sophisticated build-out and finishing work at my office, too, in the past. Mr. Jeremy, the plumber, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time scheduled and worked diligently for 45 minutes. Excellent work and clean process!
