Not on time as promised. Never recieved cutting board as promised even after a reminder call on the cutting board. Not sure if I recieved the 16 gauge sink that I was promised, they tried at first to replace the sink with a 18 gauge sink and I'm not sure what I got 16 or 18 gauge.

They were so nice and personable. Even when we went to the factory you could tell they all felt like a family, they make you feel so welcome. Not to mention they did a great job and stayed till the job was done. Terrific job!!!

Jorge was very professional all the way through the installation process. He came out to our place and gave us a fair estimate right away -- we also liked the fact that he threw in the sink for free because we came through ServiceMagic! We actually had to get the template done twice because our cabinet footprint changed, and TAM was very accommodating. They fabricated the countertop in a couple of days, and were on time on the day of installation. They did a good job during the install and also cleaned up the entire area before they left. I would highly recommend them.

TAM Granite did a FANTASTIC job for us! I was extremely impressed with their quick response to my inquiry. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a quote on the spot! Because of his enthusiasm and knowledge we decided to choose TAM. The counters were fabricated and installed within 4 business days after we selected TAM. They were the best company all around - I will use them in the future for any further counter upgrades!! I highly recommend this company.

We can't say enough great things about Tam Granite and Jorge, our sales rep. ! First, They came with samples to our home, were on time and took the time to explain product choices, features, etc. There was absolutely no pressured sales tactics, just courteous, friendly, and professional discussions. Next, we had shopped the "Big Box" home centers and Tam saved us over $1000 on the EXACT same product (Silestone). . Much pre-install effort was made between the company, product supplier and fabrications to avoid having seams. Counters were installed, quickly and on time, crew cleaned up everything and the job was perfect! Highly recommend!

Jorge, our salesman was great. TAM has a large selection of Stone to choose from. Total process was only a few days, the installation team was very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up when done. Overall very satisfied with the TAM team.

Wow, what a great company, I have already recommended them to my sister for a granite job and they did an excellent job on both projects. I have used other granite companies in the past, but only Tam showed up as scheduled, completed the job on time and had the most competitive price around. I was very happy to work with Adrianna at Tam Granite. She answered all my questions and I got a great looking countertop at a great price. Since I was under a time crunch, within two days of the measurement, the countertop arrived and was installed. I am very impressed and will recommend them to all my friends.
