Not on time as promised. Never recieved cutting board as promised even after a reminder call on the cutting board. Not sure if I recieved the 16 gauge sink that I was promised, they tried at first to replace the sink with a 18 gauge sink and I'm not sure what I got 16 or 18 gauge.

I am pleased with my new counter top. Nice group of workers. They are very polite, Jorge was very patient with me. I will definitely recommend them to other people .

They were so nice and personable. Even when we went to the factory you could tell they all felt like a family, they make you feel so welcome. Not to mention they did a great job and stayed till the job was done. Terrific job!!!

Their service was excellent, and they were very good to work with. As a contractor, I work with a lot of different trades, and TAM Marble and Granite is definately one the best.

Jorge was very professional all the way through the installation process. He came out to our place and gave us a fair estimate right away -- we also liked the fact that he threw in the sink for free because we came through ServiceMagic! We actually had to get the template done twice because our cabinet footprint changed, and TAM was very accommodating. They fabricated the countertop in a couple of days, and were on time on the day of installation. They did a good job during the install and also cleaned up the entire area before they left. I would highly recommend them.

We can't say enough great things about Tam Granite and Jorge, our sales rep. ! First, They came with samples to our home, were on time and took the time to explain product choices, features, etc. There was absolutely no pressured sales tactics, just courteous, friendly, and professional discussions. Next, we had shopped the "Big Box" home centers and Tam saved us over $1000 on the EXACT same product (Silestone). . Much pre-install effort was made between the company, product supplier and fabrications to avoid having seams. Counters were installed, quickly and on time, crew cleaned up everything and the job was perfect! Highly recommend!

Quick service sometimes late on appointments

I enjoyed the initial experience, however, I was disappointed on the limited financing options. Therefore, the project will be delayed.

Jorge, our salesman was great. TAM has a large selection of Stone to choose from. Total process was only a few days, the installation team was very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up when done. Overall very satisfied with the TAM team.

My kitchen and bathroom granite countertops looks great. I'm very pleased with the job. Jorge, Ardianne and the installation guys were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that wants a great looking kitchen or bathroom.
