Lisa explained how to measure , which made it easy to get an estimate. The template was just fine and the counters are beautiful. A cutting error was quickly resolved. Great people to work with overall.

We love our new, beautiful countertops! The product is wonderful and affordable. Lisa was a fabulous customer rep! She made things so easy and followed every step of the way. I called one day, we had a template made 2 days later, and the install happened within 5 days! The gentlemen who installed the countertops were very efficient and answered any question I had. They cleaned up when they left and left everything was beautiful. My sister loved mine so much, she hired them, too. I highly recommend this company.

the directions were vague and it took us 2 trips to determine we had to go and get a sheet of paper from the warehouse fill it out and it would be faxed back to ATM. Then 1 day was the measure and a separate day was the install. An, email with these directions could ave saved us a second trip and a wait time. We know better how to manage them in the future but those directions would be good.

I hired ATM Granite because of their product line-up. They were not a bait and switch type of business. They had entry level pricing that gave you several choices of granite to choose. Their price was exactly as quoted. They were very punctual and clean contractors.

ATM did a wonderful job, from start to finish. I was very pleased with the results. Lisa was the best customer service representative with whom I've worked. She was proactive, and kept us informed of every step of the process. I would recommend ATM without hesitation.

Lisa at ATM was great to work with. The staff at the company made everything very easy. The installers were great. One slab was a little wide and they took it back to the shop , recut it and had it back in 2 hours. I had white marble kitchen countertops and they look great.

They did work on my home and it was a great experience. I am now working on my mothers home and ATM will be doing the counterttops!
