Ross Randal of Atlanta Water Gardens came out and listened to what we wanted in a water pond for birds. He gave us two quotes. One with a small water fall and one with out. We chose the one without a water fall and Ross gave us a date for installation. He and his crew came out on that day and started the project. The job was done the next day and we paid. For two weeks after the installation we stopped seeing birds in the yard. We decided that the noise and the power of the water flow was too much for the birds. I called Ross and he came out, that day, to correct the problem. Ross Randal is a real professional and a real nice man.
Description of Work: Installed a water pond in our back yard. Came back and made a free adjustment to the water flow.

I called for an estimate to repair my backyard fountain. They were nice on the phone and had me email them photos. They did not call me back or respond to my email so I called them the next day and was told they couldn't open the pics but please text them. I did. I again got no response and I called them back. They said oh yes and told me they could repair it and said someone would call me back to schedule a time for a technician to come out. No one every called me back. At this point I felt I was over their lack of responsiveness and decided to move on. Two months later I got an invoice in the mail for $161.00 for 'pump replacement'. I called and asked to speak with a manager. Kelly, the owner, got on the phone and told me they had dispatched someone to fix it. When I said that never happened he got very defensive then told me to 'just tear up the receipt", to which I told him I had no intention of paying anyway. Bad service, unresponsive. Based on the previous review I'm glad they didn't come. If their work quality was anything like their service I would have been disappointed.

I was very disappointed in Atlanta Water Gardens and Jeff Splawn. They were hired to clean my pond. They did a shotty job cleaning the pond. There were large clumps of algae they did not remove from the walls. They removed all the plants from the pond and took them back to their store where they said the plants would be repotted and returned. After a month, the plants had not been returned. By this point, the water had turned completely brown. It took a lot of calls before they agreed to return the plants. But they only returned one plant. They claimed that the rest of my plants had died. But after I raised a big stink they somehow found the missing plants. The entire experience was exhausting, as I had to produce photos of the missing plants before they would even admit their mistake. I had planned on having them do more work on the pond (painting and refinishing the surface) for which they initially quoted $275, but then told me it would be $675. I think the main problem is that Jeff Splawn doesn't actually do any of the work himself, although he leads you to believe he is the one doing the work...he only admitted that he never actually came to the house when everything went bad.
