I purchased a "deal" awhile back (in March) and then did not need to use it. When I cancelled my original appointment I was told the deal would be available for use anytime in the future. I called them yesterday to schedule an appointment for them to help me with my new laptop and my appointment was scheduled for today. Thomas called on time and we discussed a few issues I was having. He told me he would "look around" my computer to see if it had any viruses or other problems. I watched the screen while he conducted quite a few scans and thoroughly checked out my computer to be sure there were no viruses, etc. When he was finished he called me back and I asked him to help me set up my email account. I had tried to set it up many, many, many times on my own and it would not work. Of course Thomas tried one time and the email immediately loaded. Thomas then spent some time going over programs with me and giving me good information and education. He was very patient and detailed. He made sure I had no further questions before we hung up. I was extremely pleased with this company and Thomas's help. I will recommend the company to friends and I will definitely use this company in the future!
