Your Intown Home subsidiary of Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services lacked timely response and communication and reporting to the property management side of the business thus creating a nightmare for the owner to collect on charges never report by Your Intown Home. Also, Cam McCaa ignored repeated instructions on the owner/Agent protocol required regarding lease language changes without approval, new tenant utility advantages, timely reporting to owner leaving gaps the cost both the tenants and the owner financial loses. Basically, ignored instructions and did what he wanted while under contract. Failed to provide and deliver. deliver on services as advertised on his website. Major point, owner was local and on point to see hands on reality of Agent's actions. Most of this Agent's clientele were long distance, out of state, trusting Agent's reporting was accurate. No accountability issues if no one is watching. Once the management shed light on agent's failure to comply, report Your Intown Home Property Management requested withdrawal from Contract of services stating that parties were not a good match. Never received all correspondence and file communication regarding tenants as requesting only original leases provided, even then lacking. Action should have been taken against this company for financial losses, but attention was require for more important life issues at the time that took priority. Although time has past and now dealing with Angies List, I would never recommend this company. Contract agreement ended early
