They were on time, they did a FABULOUS job.

After a horrible job performance by one of the home attendants on the second rotation of the every two week service plan where the home attendant just spayed the solution in the shower and didn't clean it. Didn't clean the toilets and when upon entering the home had a foul odor like when someone uses a dirty mop. The WORSE!! I complained to the company and explained my dissatisfaction, wanted my money back, and contemplated not utilizing their services any longer. The manager took my complaint seriously and asked, What can he do to make it right? I told him my expectations and they sent a different person and they did a better job. Was it great, NO! Was it ok, Yes. However, I really do believe it depends on the attendant you get.

They have a very nice system. You go online and choose what you want to do. They came a few times. A couple times were A and one time was a B.

They have been to our home a few times, and I intend to keep them coming on a monthly basis. The team that was here just yesterday (on 2/1/17) was Donshae, Darius, and Christina. They were wonderful! Prompt, polite, very friendly. Lots of smiles from them and they worked hard the entire time they were here. I work from home so I was there the entire time they were working, and they were very respectful of my work space - asked me to let them know when it would be most convenient to clean around my work area. I hope the same team is sent back next month. They did an awesome job.

The women who cleaned my house were lovely. They did a great job also. My one issue is the pricing. They based it on the square footage of my house, and quoted me 5.25 hours. They said that I should have more things for them to do if they were finished earlier. It only took them 3.75 hours, but I was charged for the 5.25. They were all packed up and informed me that they were finished. They had thoroughly cleaned the house, with extra services ala carts, so I wasn't even sure what more to have them do. Also it was a little awkward because they were packed up. Tips were encouraged on the website, so I tipped them, but I wanted to say "use the extra time I paid for as a tip." The women were great, I didn't want to short change them in any way. However, the way the company handled pricing really put me at a disadvantage, so for that reason I would most likely not use this company again. I did use a 10% off special, so that offset a little. Scheduling was easy, everyone was friendly. Really pleasant people.

Great! Cleaning team was punctual and as thorough as they could be in a 1969 2700 sq ft home that needs major updates! Thank you Green Maids for be there on short notice!

They cleaned hard to reach places that would have been easy to skip But they really went the extra mile for me

Not the best cleaning I've ever had. Missed a few very obvious spots and didn't dust everywhere. I paid extra for the baseboards and really couldn't tell the difference. Was also later than window and called 15 mins after to say they were running late.

Friendly staff that performed a great cleaning and helped organize the clutter throughout the house.

Two maids came. Professional and understood what my needs are. (asthma). I have had housekeepers in my home for years. These maids did an exceptional job. Home is new and they took the time to get into the details. Great personalities. I will definitely use this company again and request these specific maids.

Kris and her team arrived on time and kept in touch with us leading up to the service appointment. We had them do a regular cleaning plus several "extras" and couldn't be happier with their work product. Past cleaning services we've used have neglected details - dusting of baseboards, blinds, fans and light fixtures, for example - but Atlanta Green Maids goes room-by-room, working efficiently but not rushing so as to skip anything. Our tile floors and hardwoods look (and smell) great, and we like that their cleaning products are safe for our pets. Friendly but professional, they are our go-to service for future housecleaning needs.

A team of 2 maids was assigned for a 4-hour cleaning block. They arrived on time, and got right to work after I showed them around. I wasn't present for the entire appt, so when I got back about 2 hours later, they said they were finished. I asked to confirm that they had completed all of the "add-ons" I had requested, and walked through the the house and glanced in a few cabinets. Later, when I was unloading belongings into cabinets, I realized that many had not been cleaned. When I provided this feedback to the company, they were quick to offer to send maids out to finish cleaning which was nice, but at that point I had already cleaned the missed areas myself. Overall, I would say the cleaning was fine, but I expected the cleaning to be done correctly the first time.

My husband used Atlanta Green Maids to clean a large, rental house for showing after a move out followed by repairs and refurbishing. He was really happy with their work. I booked the Angie's List deal and the cleaning time on pretty short notice. Team 4 from Atlanta Green Maids arrived early. I spent about 10-15 minutes going over with them what needed doing, what needed less attention, and the challenges. Once they got started it was my job to stay out of the way and answer any questions that came up. Team 4 didn't stop the whole 4+ hours they were in my home. One of the challenges was a mildewed and stained shower. It sparkles now. So does the original tub. The house was really dusty from pet hair of 2 cats, the recent repairs/painting, and just years of accumulated dust that we can't keep up with. Team 4 took care of all of that. We were really pleased with their work. It was money well spent on the Angie's list deal. I hope to use Atlanta Green Maids regularly in the future

My experience with Team 1 Brandie and Cierra, was the very best. I specifically request this team and would not have anyone else service our home. They are always on time, professional, treat us as if we are their number one customer even though they have several, and always go above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs our met for the cleaning of our home. I would not have anyone else clean our home as they always do a superb job! Highly recommend Team 1.

The team was punctual, friendly with their greeting and exit, and they did an excellent job cleaning the house.

This is the second time I've used AGM, first team 2 and now team 8. They've both been very good and professional, taking their time and doing a good job.

They were very prompt and mostly did a thorough job. Just make sure you specify exactly what needs cleaning as they might miss something from no fault of their own. Everything that I asked they do was great, but I did find that some window sills and blinds were still very dusty afterwards. Would have been nice if they noticed they dirt and asked me if I wanted that cleaned, as I would have gladly paid more if it meant a more thorough job. I would recommend them, as they did a good job and were able to come out on short notice.

Did a good job cleaning all rooms - added baseboards for a deep clean. Most "deep clean" items are an additional fee. Both women were prompt, professional, and quick.

The cleaners were polite and got right to work, but they were not thorough. For example, asked to wipe a set of built in shelves, they skipped the one that had an empty plastic container on it. We asked them to thoroughly clean the bathrooms. They cleaned the tub, sink, and floor, but did not clean inside the empty medicine cabinet or the cabinet below the sink.

My service was scheduled for 9:00am. Two young ladies arrive about 10:30. They were very pleasant and professional. However, the company advertises to allow a two hour window. I thought they might arrive earlier since I was a first appointment for the day. One of the ladies explained that one of the originally scheduled ladies had an emergency and had to be replaced at the last minute. I gave them a written list prioritizing where to clean since I only had them for two hours. I wanted to make sure they could complete the more important needs. They worked fast and was able to complete everything I had on the list. There were a couple of rooms I didn't have them clean. They did a fair job. I have had service that was much more detailed. Maybe I should have given them a shorter list to insure the quality I expected. I am sure they were trying to complete my list. One of the ladies asked if I wanted them to use their vacuum or mine. I told them they could use mine. When they were finished and had packed up I did a walk-through and noticed my kitchen table had the crumbs on it left by my grandchildren. I pointed it out and the table was cleaned. Also, one of the ladies apologized for the rug before leaving. I thought she was talking about tracking in a little dirt when she returned after packing the car. I told her not to worry about it. However, she had used my vacuum to try to clean the rubber shag mat at the entrance from the garage. I didn't notice that a portion of the rubber was gouged out until they left. I wasn't sure if the cleaning crew did it or somehow was damaged at another time. I attempted to use my vacuum several days later and it would not push. This was alarming because the vacuum was fairly new and pushed quite easily. I finally examined the rollers and saw that the brush was tangled with lots of rubber and I realized the rubber was from my floor mat. I tried to remove as much of the rubber as I saw but the vacuum continued to stall. I emailed Atlanta Green Maids and described what happened. To my surprise I got a response very quickly within 24 hours. I communicated with Ms. Christian. She was professional, courteous, caring and responsive. She asked that I send pictures of the damage, receipt for vacuum and model. I sent everything except receipt. I had planned to get a copy from place of purchase since I couldn't locate the receipt. I shared this info with Ms. Christian. She told me not to worry, they would have another vacuum shipped and would send me the tracking information. I received the new vacuum in a week or less. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the cleaning and I was upset about my new vacuum. However, this is one of those rare companies that demonstrated great customer service and deserves great consumer confidence. I would try them again because they quickly resolved the problem without any hassle. I can appreciate any company who will right a wrong as they did because it happens and can happen with any company.

The first time was awesome, the second time I would say it has been below like B minus. The reason why I rate them a C is because of the price I paid. They were late.
