Atlanta Green Maids

I booked an appointment on their website only to receive a call the next day saying they did not service my area. They did not apologize or explain why their site allowed me to book an appointment if they did not service my area. They need to upgrade their website to tell you that immediately when you submit your address. They seemed to have little care that they created a bad experience.

I have used Sean for several months and thankfully, he is the only cleaner I request. He not only cleans well, but he is personable, helpful and above all, he is honest. Thank you Atlanta Green Maids for seeing that I get Sean every two weeks.

I have been using the same single cleaner for several recent cleanings. He is prompt, courteous, works very hard and really knows how to clean!

Atlanta Green Maids has been great. Team 3 has been to my house a few times and I'm always happy with the results. Their attention to detail is great. I've got a 3.5 year old who has a fair amount of toy clutter that they navigate around great.

Diana Marie and Jalissa did a fantastic job!!! Would highly recommend them as the cleaning team to request!! They were punctual, very nice, checked in with us several times to make sure we were happy, and did an overall great job!!!

Phil, Jerry and Cody did a terrific job on the house cleaning. The result was just what I hoped it would be. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jerry and Phillip were great!!! They showed up on time and ready to go with all of the cleaning supplies. They like dogs and did not have any problems with our two mini schnauzers. We did a full house cleaning with a couple add-on services (baseboards, windows, and oven cleaning) since we recently moved in and the house had accumulated a lot of dirt. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend!

Just had my apartment cleaned today by Atlanta Green Maids. Diana and Angie did a great job. My place is so clean, and smells good. I've used this company for the past six months, and they continue to do an excellent job. Diana, the team leader, is professional, organized, and very customer service oriented. I look forward to Diana cleaning my place every two weeks. She is the best!

It was wonderful. They were on time and notified me when they would be here. Did a great job and were very cordial. I've hired them again.

They did a good job, I used them for a move out cleaing and they were easy to work with. I was able to schedule online, and they were on time and got the job done.

I have had many different teams come to do my monthly cleaning, always a job well done! A well run business from office staff to cleaning teams. Highly recommended if you want a house that sparkles!

Very well, only complaint was they used too much polish on a wood table top but took me 30 seconds to buff out. No biggie.

We rarely use a maid service but this is by far the best experience we've ever had. Got more value and a better job performance.

We had 3 service providers from our first visit. For the 2nd and 3rd visits, we have had 1 of the original crew and a second person. This is important to us that we have continuity in the team---and we have it! Very nice, very hard working, and they have a system that works really well. Very very please. And love the online tools, email reminders, etc. Loving them--and Mya and LaDeidre!

Initial contact was very prompt. However, I was informed they won't clean cat litter boxes. When queried, I was informed "they do nothing that deals with feces."
