This morning when I was unable to open my 15+ year old garage door due to the spring coil having broken I called the company at 8AM, my call was promptly answered by a real person and within the hour 2 gentlemen arrived and fixed my garage door. One of them was in training and learning from the other, both were courteous and professional and very careful not to break the galss windows in the door or scratch my car. They replaced the broken spring, and at my request the other spring, the ball bearings, and rollers, they checked the motor (which was in good shape) and greased the the chain and other moving parts and provided instruction on how often to grease the parts and with what products (which can be purchased at any home improvement store). All the promised discounts were applied to my invoice, and I am pleased with the service I received, and that I can now once again enter and exit my garage without any problems.
