Excellent. Olivia was wonderful, very patient and so willing to please. She worked with me and responded to every phone call and text. The workmanship was outstanding. I am so pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a top professional job. They finished the job much sooner than I had anticipated. I had chosen a material and changed my mind and Olivia was so wonderful to work with me to choose something I would be happy with even though she had ordered the previous choice. When I went to her office to make another choice she had picked several that were perfect for me. Great folks to work for. They also refinished the arms and legs of the channel back chair and that also was a professional job.

Let me say I enjoyed talking to the individuals, however was disappointed in the pretense of the outcome 'all quality work' for it was not. A leather wide-wing back w/stool was the subjects to be upholstered. It was understood in the very beginning that the person that used this chair was heavy set.

Atlanta Craftsman reupholstered two couches that have been in our family for decades. Actually they reupholstered one antique couch that was my grandmother's, and pretty much completely rebuilt the other couch because it was in such terrible condition (we weren't sure there was much hope for it after decades of wear and tear from our three kids and many, many pets). It was an expensive project for us, but considering the materials we chose and the amount of work involved, we were extremely pleased with the results. Olivia was punctual, very professional and stayed in touch along the way. Not only that, but because we were renovating the room in which the couches would go, she agreed to hold on to the furniture after it was done until we could safely put it back in the room. This was no small thing considering the renovation ran into issues and delays and she did this at no additional cost. After delivery, she also sent her crew back out when a button cover popped off and they repaired it on site. We would definitely recommend Atlanta Craftsman and would use them again.

Very friendly initial assessment, good choice of fabrics and colors. Olivia took the time to make sure we got the covering we wanted. Work was completed on schedule. Pickup and delivery was handled professionally. The recovering looks great, and the slipcover looks at first glance to be the actual sofa fabric.

Olivia was great to work with. She was quick to respond to my phone call; provided excellent customer service; provided timely updates on the progress of my furniture. She and her team arrived on time for pick up and deliveries. I recommend Atlanta Craftsman Interiors!

I contacted Olivia and a few hours later she was at my house with fabric samples galore! Olivia is professional and yet engaging with her big warm smile. I chose expensive fabric for my Antique chair, probably way more expensive than I wanted to spend, but I have to say that the custom made cushions with zippers included and piping bottom and top came out absolutely gorgeous. I am now glad I didn't go cheap on the material. My chair is a Craftsman style chair ...lots of wood so the cushions sit on top of the base of the chair. Olivia and her husband took my chair with them that first visit after I picked out the fabric and gave half the fee for the deposit. (they showed up in a nice furniture van) Olivia promised it back to me within two weeks and she checked in with me within two days to ask a couple questions, then within a week I had the chair delivered back looking brand new! Her husband carried it to the room I wanted in and placed it right back where it was. Olivia's team, cleaned and polished all the wood, replaced the base of the chair that you sit on because it was worn and stained, they took little wheels off the feet (they scratch wood floors and I couldn't figure out how to get them off with out ruining the legs) And they put little caps on the feet instead that don't scratch the floor. My overall experience with Olivia was top notch. I think her work is amazing. I am a woman who likes a deal, and this was not a "deal" it was expensive to me....because I am cheap! LOL. BUT...that said, my chair will not need anything done to it for goodness knows how long, and it is stunning, so that is priceless! Thanks to Olivia for the awesome service and beautiful work. I highly recommend Olivia to anyone with a nice piece of furniture that you need or just want to salvage! It will come back better than new.

It could not have gone more smoothly. First of all, the chairs were complicated by the fact that the original stain was a very dark red that was extremely hard to remove, made more arduous by the fact that we wanted the color of the wood to be much lighter. James Russell and team did an amazing job of removing the existing dark red stain which brought the chairs much more life. They are now a lighter shade very close to Oak. When I first spoke with Olivia, I thought I wanted a patterned fabric to make the chairs seem more contemporary, but after reviewing many sample books (several of which I was able to bring home and ponder over), we ended up selecting a more conservative fabric which complements our decor perfectly. The reupholstery job was superb with piping outlining the lines of the chair. After the fact, I brought them two more small antique tables, one of which was wobbly. They repaired the wobbly table and refinished the wood (originally a very dark walnut stain) to match the newly refinished chairs. Chairs and tables sit prominently in our living room and are beautiful. Olivia and James Russell were a pleasure to work with, responsive and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back when it's time to refinish or reupholster other furniture in the future.

After getting several estimates and checking reviews on Angie's List I called Olivia at ACI, explaining I already had purchased my fabric. She came the next day agreed that my fabric choices would work (I was using multiple fabrics, including a sheet and some material I had silk-screened myself), made a couple of good suggestions and gave me an on the spot estimate. She asked for half up front, the rest to be paid after the furniture was delivered. She took the furniture and fabrics with her that same day. She called me 6 days later to say the job was done and to arrange a delivery time. The pieces were delivered this morning and I could not be more delighted, Both she and her helpers were positive, personable and upbeat. I appreciate the great attention to detail. The work is just as we agreed and exactly as I envisioned it.The cost was spot on, no surprise . I heartily recommend Atlanta Craftsman Interiors!

From start to finish - and it wasn't long - this was such an easy project to accomplish, because Olivia made it that way! She returned my initial call promptly, came out the next day with fabric samples, gave me a quote, and hauled away the chairs. I'm thinking she took them to a magical place like Santa Claus's shop, because in less than a week I had my chairs back! Wow! And everything was done with her dynamic personality. I am now like the other reviewers who are saving their money to recover other things!

Extremely responsive. Very high service level. Olivia is a pleasure to work with. Said job would be done in 2 weeks. We had couches and chair back in a week and a half.

Olivia came the same day I called and brought good fabric choices. She also noted the needed repairs and the type of cushions needed. The sofa was delivered within the promised date period. I am very pleased with the work done.

Olivia was fantastic and they did a great job with the pieces. I had a 16 year old "conversation" sofa that needed a lot of help, and a few other pieces. Olivia called me back immediately and even gave me a ballpark estimate by looking at some pictures I texted her. Then she came to see me and brought fabric samples for me to choose, she understood what I was looking for and helped me find the best fabric, they took my furniture with them the same day. Everything looks new and feels new, she kept in touch with me during the whole process and let me know immediately of any additional work needed (new foam cushions, spring replacement). She promised about 3 weeks and delivered early, there was no extra cost for pickup and delivery. They even came in the middle of a storm to deliver my furniture. I am really happy with Olivia and the guys :)

This was the best experience because Olivia is wonderful! I had never had furniture reupholstered before and was a little apprehensive. Olivia was so knowledgeable, had a variety of sample materials to review and was very helpful in coordinating the patterns. The furniture was done in a timely manner and included free pick-up and delivery. The pattern for the couch is plaid and it is beautifully matched all around. I was extremely pleased with the precision of the work. I will definitely call Olivia again and highly recommend her.

Olivia did a wonderful job reupholstering four dining room chairs that had been damaged by our cat. She was prompt in picking them up from our home, and returned them earlier than the promised date. The work quality is outstanding, and the new fabric is cat proof!!

I called Olivia back sometime in the fall about doing my couch and love seat. She was very nice and suggested I look at the sample pictures on their site, note the ones I liked and then send them to her with a picture of the furniture and then she could give me an estimate of the cost. I looked but nothing really grabbed me so I went to many, many more sites and after looking at over 2000 samples on line and even ordering some over the next couple of months I just gave up from burn-out. In April I was taking a dance class and noticed their sign in the same area so called to see if I could come in and look at some of the sample books in person. She told me she wasn't at the shop as Saturday she was on the road but we chatted and it was decided I'd call her the next week when we could talk more. I called and shared my frustration at not finding anything that grabbed me so she asked me several questions about colors, etc. and we made an appointment for her to come to my house in Ellenwood. She arrived right on time with several books in tow and it was like having an old friend come to visit, she was so personable. I went through the books marking the ones I might like. When she saw I liked one in one book, she knew just what book togo to to get some more along the same line. Some she showed me that I liked the looks but didn't like the way they felt. All of a sudden she said, "I'm pretty sure I know what you want." , left the house and returned with a book, flipped to a page and she was right!! I loved it. I had the pieces covered in the perfect white with throw pillows in a blended blue pattern. You might think it strange that I said 'the perfect white'. White is white, right? OH not so! There are so many textures, weave patterns and hues. They had the truck with them as they had delivered some furniture in my area so mine was loaded up, after we wrote up the plan. I gave them a deposit and off they went leaving me with the projection of an empty living room for three weeks to a month. Olivia called once to let me know the springs needed some work and that would make the total more which was fine. Shethen called two weeks after being at my house to let me know they were finished and my furniture would be coming home along with a remote control that was found in the 'innards'. I was so excited to see it and even more excited when it was in place.. It looked soooooooooooo good!! I learned then they are all good huggers as I had to hug them in happiness!! .....I asked first of course. My sofa and love seat look and feel so good....better than anything I would have purchased from a store within my budget! I'm now saving up to have a well-loved chair and a half in my den done.

The sofa needed internal repairs and new stuffing. It looks and feels fantastic. The metal glider was a rusty mess, and looks brand new. They're wizards! I also really appreciated the communication regarding pick-up and delivery. They were right on time!

They were expensive but she was very good. I would call her again.

They were very professional and they did exactly what I said. They delivered ahead of schedule and they did a great job. They were helpful and 2.13 to 2.14. I thought their price was about average. I did not think it was 2.34 cheap but it was about average.

After talking to Olivia on the phone, and telling her what type of fabric I needed (I have 3 cats), she came with several books of cat-nail resistant fabrics of all types. She helped me pick out the best one. I also chose 2 different fabrics for throw pillows. They came and picked up the furniture pretty promptly. I received everything back within 3 weeks. This was longer than expected, but there was unknown repair work that needed to be done. I'm glad Olivia addressed the issues, rather than just slapping on the new slip covers. A nice job was done. Olivia and her team are very responsive and caring. I feel confident that if any problems arose they would be addressed (not that I'm expecting any problems; I'm just stating that this company is very responsive, and cares deeply about the quality of their work). They we friendly, professional and prompt. Took very specific notes on how i wanted the materials upholstered. On the day of delivery they were stuffing the chair cushion and they sent me a picture of the mexican rug material that had ripped at a seam. I told them, because the piece was going to be so unusual, a small repair would not be noticable. They texted me seveal more times showing me more tearing. Im not sure what they kept doing, because once it tore, it seems like they should be filling the cushion differently. By the time the pice was done, there were big patches all over the cushion from the tearing. They did not offer to discount the work - but did offer to recover the cushion for no charge.

I telephoned Atlanta Craftsman Interiors on Tuesday February 12 after having read the positive reviews on this company on Angies List. I spoke with Olivia Russell (designer/buyer/business owner) and she indicated that she could meet with me in our home early the next morning and that she would come loaded with samples of fabric and leather options. Olivia arrived at the prearranged time after first telephoning me to advise that she was on her way and yes she was loaded with the promised great array of wonderful samples. She stayed patiently with me for two hours while I mulled over every possible option assisting me with her vast knowledge of the materials and the upholstering process as well as offering useful and practical suggestions on color choices. My final decision made, the sofa and ottoman were taken away that day. The quote was within the budget I had set myself for this project and Olivia indicated that we could expect return of the furniture in 3-4 weeks. Olivia telephoned me Monday March 4 (a little earlier than I had dared hope) and advised that the job was complete and if possible they would like to schedule delivery for Wednesday. Again she arrived at our home at the time promised. I think when you have lived in your home surrounded by furniture for some years and obviously you love (some of the) pieces enough to want them recovered rather than replaced, there is a certain amount of trepidation in the decision. Thankfully, I was not disappointed......firstly the workmanship displayed in the reupholstering is simply outstanding, in fact the sectional and ottoman look better now than when purchased 8 years ago. After constant sitting, lounging, eating and sleeping on the sofa the cushions were in need of a little "rebolstering" too and this was done as "part of the service". I do not hesitate recommending Atlanta Craftsman Interiors to anyone, the professionalism displayed by Olivia Russell and her crew and the outstanding end result have restored my faith in "quality customer service".
