Overall, the outcome was satisfactory. I was very nervous about spending this amount of money to reupholster vs buying new, but my nerves were settled when I saw how customer service oriented Olivia and her team are. She's very organized, prompt, and 'get the job done' kinda gal. I actually emailed the company on a Saturday afternoon to ask for a quote, not expecting to hear back for several days. But, Olivia happened to be at the shop that day for another appointment, and called me back immediately. After that, she was very communicative via text to set up an in-house visit. When she did arrive for that visit, she was prepared to take my pieces with her that minute, and gave me a 3-week turnaround timeframe. They actually finished the work a couple days early, and texted me immediately to bring the pieces right then (the pickup and delivery took a LOT of the stress of the project off my plate). After she left, I discovered a couple of areas on one of the pieces that appeared to be potentially problematic, and she responded to my call immediately (again) to return to resolve the issue. I was very impressed with their business operation, responsiveness, organization and attention to customer service. They really work hard to make the customer happy. Olivia and her team did an AWESOME job. They were very responsive to my request and turned the job around in 24 hours. After waiting 6 weeks for the delivery of the sofa and loveseat, I was grateful to not have to wait much longer to get the look that worked for the room.

Olivia and her team made the process effortless. After explaining how the furniture was going to be used, she made recommendations to go with a very durable Sunbrella fabric. On the day of our appointment she arrived promptly, quoted me the price for the fabrics I selected and then called her husband's team in to remove the furniture on the spot! Turn around time was estimated at 3-4 weeks. I followed up with an email asking to have the furniture by a certain date and they had no problem meeting my request. The furniture looks fabulous. Excellent work. Will definitely use them again. They run a quality business and communicate very promptly!

Olivia came to the house with samples to look at for both types of chairs I needed recovered. She helped me pick just the right fabrics. That same day she took the chairs with her and delivered them back to my house a week later as promised. They look great, I couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Atlanta Craftsman. They did an amazing job on two chairs and the whole process was very easy. Olivia is a great communicator, always keeping you up to date on the status of the job. She picked up and delivered the chairs when completed. She even went to the fabric store after I ordered the fabric! I will definitely use them again!

If someone were to ask me "What is your favorite piece of furniture in your home?". I would answer without hesitation " the rocking chair my mother in-law gave me before she passed away eight years ago." Back then it needed to be reupholstered and refinished, but I couldn't bear to part with it for fear that it might get damaged in the wrong hands. i have so many wonderful memories of my precious Mother in-law sitting in it and reading, sewing, rocking my son and niece when they were little, and the two of them playing wildly on it... who could I trust? Two weeks ago I finally mustard up the courage to call few places. Thanks to Angie's List I was able to find Atlanta Craftsman Interiors. When I called them I spoke to Russell who was very friendly..we made an appointment for Olivia to come and take a look my rocker. Olivia was so professional..the day of the appointment she called to let me know that she was on her way. During our appointment she made me feel completely confident that all my needs would be met (she is a good listener)..including having the work done within a week. My chair was delivers three days earlier than expected. Both she and Russell did a wonderful job on refinishing the wood and reupholstering the fabric. I expect we'll get many more years of use out of it..job well done. ***As far as the cost is concerned I believe it was a fair price..but in all honesty this is the first time I have had any work of this nature done. FYI..I did supply the fabric myself.

I worked with Olivia and she was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. The original couch from Restoration Hardware was quite expensive. I had serious doubts that it could be repaired. I sent pictures of the couch with the cat damage to Olivia and she called back very soon after to explain what she would do. She offered two estimates, one lower priced where they would use leather from the back of the couch to replace the damaged sections ($500), and one more expensive option using new leather ($1500). I decided to try the new leather, even though I was concerned that it would not match. Olivia called to say she had found a match, and even met me with one of the cushions from my sofa and a sample of the new leather, to show me. The couch turned out great. Everything is exactly like the original, the leather color and quality, and the way it is attached to the couch. On close look, the replacements are apparent only because that leather is less worn than the rest of the couch. Also pickup and delivery were great. She came on time. And even though the couch is extremely heavy, they were able to get it in and out with no problems.

Olivia picked up the chairs on time, held them until some other work was completed in my house so they wouldn't get dirty and delivered when she said she would.

They were prompt, and personable. Did not give me much assistance in choosing fabric. Great selection. Work delivered when promised. The only concern I had was when I noticed a defect with the material on one pillow. They re-did the pillow, but offered to place it on the porch if I was not at home to receive it. I didn't feel comfortable with that suggestion because there might be weather concerns, theft, etc. There was not a problem with me being home to receive the item, but I thought that that suggestion was very un-professional.

Atlanta Craftsman gave me superior service! It is rare to receive such personalized service. Olivia was so helpful with some last minute fabric selection, and they picked up and delivered back to me an entire room full of furniture ahead of schedule. They were beautiful! I will definitely use them again!

They were on time. They did a good job. They were polite and I would use them again.

I contacted Atlanta Craftsman Interiors and described my project to Olivia. She was most responsive and we agreed to meet at my home on February 2, 2012 at 10:30 AM. On the morning of the 2nd my doorbell rang at exactly 10:30. Olivia was there with armfulls of sample fabrics, She said that ACI could do the job and i began to sort through the fabric choices. (the final price would be determined by the fabric selection I made). When I made my selection, Olivia gave me a price for the job which seemed reasonable to me. I then signed a contract which I entered into with no pressure. Olivia had come with her husband and an assistant so loading the chairs into their van was no problem. The following day Olivia called to tell me that her supplier would not be able to provide the fabric that I had chosen. That day she mailed to me some similar fabric choices including one that I had agonized over the day before. I received the additional samples the next day, called Olivia with my choice and the job was underway. Olivia said that the job would be completed by the end of the month. On February 29 Olivia called to say tthat they could deliver the chairs that day. That wasn't convenient so we scheduled delivery on March 1 (today). Olivia and the chairs were here promptly as scheduled. They look great!!! This whole process went amazingly well. Olivia and her husband were extremely professional. We feel that the price was fair, the work is of high quality and all schedules and committments were met. Should you choose to use Olivia and Atlanta Craftsman Interiors I think that you will be well pleased as we are.

Contacted Olivia Russell for information and she made an appointment to visit us in our home on Saturday afternoon. When she arrived Olivia brought a tremendous number of sample books to display the various materials and designs available. She allowed ample time for us to examine and decide which were best for our needs. Olivia also gave us her professional view of things regarding our selections. Once settled she then wrote up the order, had her husband remove the chairs to the van and promised to return them finished later in the week. Olivia called the following Wednesday to advise the chairs were were for delivery the following (Thursday) morning. They were delivered and we inspected them and discovered the outstanding quality of the work done. We were thoroughly impressed with the work and highly recommend them.

The gave us a choice to bring it in or email a picture. My hope was that they would send someone to my home. They seem to prefer that you bring their item to them. With the text that I sent them with a picture for they told me it would cost 230.00 for the button. We just felt that it was too much. Nothing really stood out to me about them. I was disappointed.

They did everything that they said they would do. They delivered on time.

She was very responsive, friendly and punctual. She quoted me a price from a photo that I sent her and it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend her!

From the moment we called, Olivia was very responsive. We emailed them pictures of the dismantled bed on which they provided an estimate. The price of $610 included pick up of the bed, delivery and reassembly. They completed the work in less than the time they had predicted even though it was the holiday season and therefore very busy. After their delivery staff assembled the bed, we lat discovered that the frame was coming apart again. Olivia and her husband came over themselves the next morning with staff to make it right. They said they had lost sleep thinking about the fact that it had not been tightened properly the first time. They are very sweet, courteous and eager to do the work right. Highly recommended.

Olivia came to my home with plenty of samples with her. She listened carefully to my needs for a variety of projects, including reupholstering of high end patio furniture, repair and replacement of covers on both formal and informal chairs, recovering of bar stools, and repair of damage to an upholstered coffee table. After fully understanding my needs, she made a number of suggestions and recommendations. She worked with me on pricing to help stay within my budget without compromising on quality. Her crew picked up the furniture efficiently and on-time as scheduled. The work was completed quickly and the delivery and set-up were just a timely, quick and efficient as the original pick-up. When I had some after-service questions about the work, Olivia was very prompt and professional in her response to me, and offered to come to my home to review the work and answer any questions I might have, and fix anything that might not be to my liking. (That was not necessary!) Olivia is a delightful person with a super personality! She knows her business well and she aims to please!

This was a great experience from start to completion! Our furniture looks fabulous and it was a pleasure doing business with Olivia. She came and picked up everything, and delivered it back beautifully finished as promised. High quality workmanship and wonderful selection of fabirc choices.
