He would be installing a variety of treatments that is a total of 12 window treatments, blinds and shades. I certainly took into account the comments on Angie's List and I really didn't have time to evaluate other providers. He gave me an estimate, I called him back and said basically if what can they do in addition to discounts and I don't want to go anywhere else. They gave me an additional 10% off. Honestly he was pleasant when he came to the house. I had experience with the window treatment industry and he did everything that he should have been doing so I knew what he was doing was right and the comments on Angie's List definitely helps, I'm pressured with time anyway and I wanted them in before Thanksgiving. He didn't call back, I think a left a message on Thursday and he didn't call me until the following Monday, I think he thought I might have actually ordered from somebody else. He was very responsive beyond that and he also gave me a discount when I asked for it.

Jayson is a pro and very easy to work with. He is knowledgable about his products and offered a great selection. Pricing was a better value than I received from others considering the brand names offered. I am already using Atlanta Blind for another project. Highly recommended.

Both Jayson and the installer Ron were great! I knew the color, type of blinds, and estimated measurements of my windows. Therefore, Jayson was able to provide me with an accurate estimate of the costs associated with the job prior to placing my order. Within 24 hours of accepting his estimate, he came to my home and took exact measurents of my windows. My blinds arrived within 2-3 weeks. My blinds look fabulous! I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Everything was fine with them. The product was good as well as the service. They were punctual, friendly, and easy to deal with.

We had problems with the blinds. I called him to get the issue resolved. He told me it would be $125 a trip. I was able to resolve the issue with the manufacturer. Overall, it was a terrible experience. In the future I will pay more money for a larger company to do the work who stands by their warranty.

I needed to cut out the light without cutting my mountain view. My energy bill has dropped. The shades have really worked well. They followed my measurements exactly. They were pleasant to work with and I have no complaints with the service. The price was reasonable and the quality is good.

I did have some follow up issues that I emailed the owner about but I have not heard back. Overall, the service was okay and the installation was okay.

They did what they said they would do and the work was okay. One of the railings broke because they did not install it perfectly.

Overall, we were pleased with dealing with them. Wish it all could have been perfect, but mistakes get made occassionally. The important thing was they corrected it and made us happy.

The sales and installation staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Seems to be a high-quality product, though expensive. Their work was timely, and there was no pressure to make the sale. Only problem was that the sales rep miscalculated the price quote to the tune of over $60; I felt they should have stood by their quote, but they insisted that I pay the additional amount. Fortunately, I came across a Hunter Douglas coupon for a $100 rebate, so ABS deducted $100 from the final payment. The installation team took particular care with every last detail. Would certainly consider doing business with this company again.

ABS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR EVERYONE. THEY DON'T HAVE THE BEST PRICE BUT THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT. THEY ARE AN EXCLUSIVE HUNTER DOUGLAS GALLERY DEALER, BUT THEY CARRY OTHER STUFF TOO. THE BEST PART WAS THAT THEY'VE GOT THIS 20/20 GUARANTEE THING WHERE WE WERE ABLE TO SWAP OUT SOME OF THE SHADES THAT WE DECIDED WE DIDN'T REALLY LIKE. WE PICKED A CRAZY COLOR AND IT JUST DIDN'T WORK SO THEY LET US SWAP THEM OUT FOR A DIFFERENT COLOR AND IT ONLY COST ABOUT $100 TO DO IT. THEY'RE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND REALLY KNEW THEIR STUFF. ON TIME OR AT LEAST CALLED IF THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. THEY ALSO ARRANGED FOR SOME OF OUR WINDOWS TO BE TINTED AND PUT SOME PVC SHUTTERS IN OUR GARAGE THAT LOOK JUST LIKE THE REAL ONES FROM THE STREET.
