Mr. Green is a master of his craft! Many people would not even attempt to hang a mirror of our size and weight, but he did so expertly. Also, even more impressively, my wife decided to let him decide where to hang her art and diplomas. He did an EXCELLENT job. He obviously has the eye of an artist. He and his helper were friendly and worked efficiently. If you want museum quality work done in your home, hire this company.
Description of Work: Hung a large mirror and about a dozen framed art pieces and diplomas.

When I asked him, he said he was licensed, bonded, and everything. He didn't actually have the paperwork. Cannot keep appointment. I would hire them if they had their paperwork.

FORTUNATELY, THIS CLIENT NEVER WAS. BETWEEN A SITE VISIT TO HER RESIDENCE AND NUMEROUS TELEPHONE CALLS, I SPENT OVER 2 & 1/2 HOURS WITH HER AND DECIDED TO CUT MY LOSSES. THIS CLIENT HAD A HUGE MIRROR THAT SHE WANTED HUNG HIGH OVER A LARGE MANTLE. SHE ALSO WANTED IT TILTED OUT AT OVER 45 DEGREES SO SHE COULD SEE HERSELF IN IT AS SHE SAT ON HER SOFA TWELVE FEET BELOW. I EXPLAINED HOW DANGEROUS THIS COULD BE AND TOLD HER THE ONLY WAY I WOULD FEEL CONFIDENT HANGING THE MIRROR. SHE INSISTED THAT I HANG IT DIFFERENTLY THAT WHAT I DEEMED A SAFE INSTALLATION. THEN SHE WANTED ME TO CUT MY PRICE IN HALF. WE SET AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THE MORNING OF, SHE CALLED & WANTED ME TO FAX HER A COPY OF MY INSURANCE POLICY. NOT THE STANDARD 24 HOUR CONFIRMATION FROM MY AGENCY, BUT THE ACTUAL 30+ PAGE POLICY, INSISTING THAT I LIST HER AS ADDITIONAL INSURED. SHE ALSO DID NOT UNDERSTAND THAT HER INSURANCE COVERS HER PROPERTY AFTER I OR ANY OTHER WORKER LEAVES.... SHE FELT THAT MY INSURANCE SHOULD COVER HER PROPERTY INDEFINITELY. AS I COULD NOT ADD HER TO MY POLICY, THE APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED. SHE WANTED ME TO BE BONDED. I EXPLAINED BONDING IS FOR EMPLOYEE THEFT AND AS I AM A SOLE PROPRIETOR, THIS DOES NOT APPLY. THE ONLY OTHER APPOINTMENT WE EVER HAD WAS THE INITIAL SITE VISIT, WHICH I WAS TEN MINUTES EARLY FOR. SHE NEVER ANSWERED THE DOOR, I HAD TO CALL HER ON HER PHONE TO TELL HER I WAS OUTSIDE. IF YOU LOOK AT THIS WOMAN€™S POSTINGS, YOU WILL NOTICE SHE HAD TO APPROACH 11 COMPANIES TO
