Description of Work: Showed up late. Was suppose to be a 2 man crew bit one of the men continually complained that my furniture was too heavy. The other had to keep coaching and begging him to help. The younger man, who kept complaining was extremely unprofessional. First thing he did on arrival was plug his cell phone in and each time he went in and out he would check the phone. He then dropped and broke my grandmother's china cabinet. I dont why as the cabinet is not heavy. He appeared to just let his end drop. They then dropped an $8000.00 Maitland Smith sideboard down the stairs. This after I suggested to them they drive their truck down to my lower level and bring in. They could have completely avoided the stairs. I was having my master shower retiled at the time and they ran a dolly into the tiles, knocked them over and broke tiles. I now have a shower half finished and can not get anymore of the same tiles! Lastly, the complainer left hand prints all over my freshly painted walls throughout the ENTIRE house. Every place he stopped he placed his dirty hand on the wall! Both houses, old and new, now need painting

Description of Work: No email confirmation sent. No answer to phone calls repeatedly. Decided to check online reviews (unfortunately after I had already booked the move), and all reviews from non-members here on Angie's List said that their experiences were horrible. When i finally did manage to get ahold of someone, the girl "Jackie" came across very unprofessional and shady. The entire process just WREAKS of scam artists trying to take advantage of people. I decided to cancel my move and the card used for reserving the move so that they cannot charge anything to it. Please STAY AWAY from this company. READ the non-member review posted here under this company. They are scammers!
