They abandoned the job approximately 1/3 of the way through, with shoddy work and craftsmanship. The work was poorly done in some cases and even more poorly managed. I did the due diligence on Rob and Suzanne beforehand and was excited to work with them, but they did an extremely poor job managing this project to say the least. I'm most disappointed by their lack of professionalism. They abandoned the project and didn't have the decency to tell me. I also ended up with at least one unpaid subcontractor. I can't imagine they are accepting new clients, but DO NOT use them under any circumstances. A complete lack of integrity and professionalism.
Description of Work: Artisan was contracted to do a whole house remodel: 2nd story master suite addition, siding removal/replacements, windows replacement, interior redo.
