+ -1 moreI paid so much money for this system that I don't think that the hard drive should be going out twice in 18 months. This is the second hard drive that I have replaced! They seemed professional but I think I got a bad computer. They are a little bit hard to get a hold of. I will only keep going to them because of my warranty.
Description of Work: I got my hard drive replaced in my computer. They didn't know what was wrong with it. It was a same day service at the store. The computer was under warranty.

+ -1 moreI went to this Apple store to buy an iPod accessory. The salespeople were extremely helpful and friendly. They did not try to upsell me, but instead explained the differences between the different accessories and recommended which one was best for me. While I was there I also talked to the "Genius" who gives free advice about some computer problems I had been experiencing. I got some good ideas about how to fix the problem, even though I had not purchased my computer at this location.
Description of Work: Sold me an iPod; helped with some computer issues I was experiencing.
