 + -1 moreApple did right by me. I had a good experience dealing with them. They were able to do everything that I needed and I was happy with that. I typically have no need to work with computer people because I have relatives that can do all that. With larger jobs like this, I obviously needed someone to do this work. Now I know I can contact Apple about larger jobs, so I feel good about that.
Description of Work: My computer was basically hit by lightning. It was pretty much a mess after that. It had surge protectors, but despite what people tell you, that will not protect your computer if its struck by lightning. I sent my Mac computer to the Apple Store so they could retrieve the information that was vital to me off of my computer. My insurance covered the cost for the service.
