Angela Mann

This lady, claiming to be Angela Mann (I am unsure if this is her real name) is a fraud. I called and requested a "deep cleaning". She did an absolutely TERRIBLE job. The floors were not swept or mopped, the bathroom was not cleaned, none of the couch cushions were lifted and vacuumed, nothing was dusted, amongst many other things that just simply did not happen. Unfortunately, my boyfriend had to run back to work for a minute, and this lady took off with all of our money. She is an African American female in her late 40's - early 50's, around 5'10, and drives a white 2003 Volvo (model looked like a an S60). I will update this with more information once I hear back from APD. By the way, the address that she listed shows up on google as a UPS store.
