 + -1 moreHis crew was fabulous. They did the entire job in about three weeks, two of which I was away, and they had to handle various road bumps by themselves. They worked hard every day, and my neighbors in my complex told me they were always busy, and always polite. They kept the site clean, followed up on my concerns, and took pride in their high quality work. Keith was a pleasure to deal with. He was direct, helpful, honest, and a creative and calm problem-solver. He is the only contractor I've ever had the pleasure of a wonderful renovation with--and I've done major renovations, and a new house build, three times before. I can't recommend him highly enough. He really wants to build a great reputation, and is extremely reliable. I would call him again in a heartbeat if I ever go through this again!
Description of Work: Keith's people demolished half a wall between kitchen and dining room, opened up a wall between dining and living rooms, pulled up all the engineered laminate flooring on main and bedroom levels and replaced it with pine, and with tile in the kitchen, moved plumbing lines, re-wired and put in recessed ceiling lights, replaced the kitchen countertops with tile, put in new appliances, and painted the entire main floor. They also replaced a polybutelene water line to the street. Every sub was excellent.
