Fine. Work looks good. The reason I rated B on price was that I was due 14 hours of service, and the work took less time, and they did not offer to do something else for that time.

Completed on schedule. Very courteous crew. The team was knowledgeable and skilled.

It went well. All work was good. They did not use all the time I had bought and did not offer to do more.

Excellent. 2nd year I have used them. Will continue. Good value for money and good service.

The actual services performed were done very well. I must commend Hugo and his team for the quality of work done. However, I have a very sour taste in my mouth from this company because of 2 things: Firstly, the I was quoted nearly $4500 to seed front and back lawn. Ridiculous.. Secondly, and most particularly because of Ruben (the manager) - Payment method was not discussed upfront and when the job was completed they asked for a check which we didn't have. I offered to pay by card onsite or via credit card online. I was told this was fine, but then received multiple calls from Ruben who was very aggressive in telling me that I would have to pay his credit card fees if that was the case. His tone and lack of professionalism was not acceptable and ruined the whole experience for us. Learn to treat your customers better! Especially if they are paying you a lot of money.

Great job! Could not be happier. Listened to my needs and made adjustments if needed. Worked hard, even in the rain. My neighbor also decided to have them do his yard!

Everyone was very helpful and professional, including phone contacts, consultation, and foreman plus work crew who actually did the job. It was smooth and easy and pleasant, and I was very satisfied with the results.

All the work was done within my budget (which they did not know) and very professionally. I was amazed how long and hard they worked each day. In fact, they worked on Easter because rain was forecasted for the next several days and they wanted to finish beforehand. They were very thorough cleaning up. They answered all my questions during the project and explained what and why they were doing it. Very pleased I chose them for the job.

Very well. I bought the $899 deal for $450 for labor and $450 for plants. This is the 3rd time I have used them. They are responsive, punctual, timely, and do very good work. I'll use them again in the future.

Two trees were planted but very little levelling was done. They attempted to fill in some depressions with sand, but did almost nothing to smooth out high places. I have some reservations about how the trees were planted. Everything I have ever read about planting trees states that one should dig a hole twice the size of the root ball; these folks dug just large enough to get the root ball in the ground. One of the trees seems to me not to be planted deep enough--a major root is exposed well above grade level. This tree, a maple, also has a very prominent split at the base of the trunk. I was also concerned that the company stated explicitly that it was my responsibility to make sure all utility lines were marked before work could begin, and supplied me with a number to call to have that work done. They then arrived and proceeded to do the work before the line marking service could be performed, which happened the next day. Luckily, the one tree that I knew would be near the gas line was far enough away. However, the workmen attempted to plant that tree in two other spots and abandoned the effort because of roots from the previous trees. Both of those spots were directly over the gas line. I hope the trees survive and thrive, but I am not optimistic.

The estimate was the best experience I ever had. The gentlemen was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to discuss what I wanted. After the estimate was received they started the work within 2 days and it was completed in about 5-6 hours. It looked great. I still have some ideas of how I want to improve upon the design even more and will connect with them again when ready. My only complaint was they are just a bit pricey. I expected to get the whole job done for the price of the coupon I purchased but needed to pay a little extra for larger plants. The experience overall was great.

Fast, efficient, and cost effective

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for their services. It was a little bit more as the project had some extra work, but still fairly priced. Very polite and hardworking. I have used them before this and will continue to reference them in the future.

Everything done was excellent. Good service and timely. Would higher again for another project.

All work was of the highest quality and outstanding professionalism of the owner & company's personnel. The company completed the work on schedule and truly cared about my complete satisfaction with their work.

It went very well, after I recovered from the sticker shock. The coupon was advertised as a "Complete Backyard Makeover" for $899. $899 might get you a backyard "spruce-up" but even a conservative makeover costs thousands! The 3 company staff members in the process of design, costing & labor I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, capable & reliable. I would hire them again, but I will have more realistic expectations of costs next time.

After my earlier post they quickly reached out to us. They addressed all issues within 48 hours and made amends for the earlier issues. I would use them again since they were very concerned to get things right...all I could ask for and then some.

At the time of completion everything looked fine. After a month we saw a number of plantings suffer and leaves falling off. We continued to water and watch for improvements that did occur on a number of plantings. However, 14 plantings have died or continue to suffer badly. We then reached out to them to have the 14 dead plantings replaced per the replacement guaranteed discussed at the time of evaluation and proposal development. They asked for photos which we provided. When we contacted them again, they indicated that this was our problem (lack of an irrigation system \ watering) and that they would DO NOTHING as their was no guarantee. They have not come to view the condition of the plantings and the quality of their plantings and conditions. They have blamed us and left us very dissatisfied and having to seek resolution through the Angie's List Complaint process which is underway.

We are very pleased. The crew showed up as agreed and completed the work in a very timely manner. The work done looks absolutely wonderful! And, most importantly they cleaned up the job site and it was ready to be used. We liked working with this company and the calls we received to make sure it was going as expected. I would use them again for future projects.

Pre-work--they were very responsive to my questions and I had a lot. They reworked the estimates a couple of times to ensure that we were aligned on price and scope of work. Day of work--They showed up and worked straight through to get the job done. They finished sooner than expected and the retaining wall looks fantastic.

Team did a fine job, worked from morning until evening non-stop while paying attention to required details. I have added additional pine straw bales to fill in the light coverage areas the following week.

Ruben and Hugo did a terrific job- easy to communicate with, worked hard, the results are great, and the left everything very clean. I'll definitely use them again.

The provider were fast and efficient and cleaned up after wards. I am very pleased with there job and would recommend them .

Great work done on time. Very professional in communication on what was going to be done. Daily follow up to see how things were going and make sure I was satisfied with progress. Very reasonable and flexible on changes (important because the way you think you want things will change over the course of a large project). Easy to work with and did not try to pad the cost when changes were requested. Cleaned up after their work every day and crew was very polite and hard working. This was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

It worked out really well. This was an $899 big deal purchase. I had to talk with them several times on the phone and I even had to tell them that I would not be able to give them a good grade if they didn't come out and do what they said they would do which is what we worked out through Angie's List by a certain date. My understanding was that I only had 30 days for them to do the work within the time I paid for this special deal. I wanted them to come out and do the work two days before the sale was over. The only way they would do that was because I complained to them and told them I would not be able to give them a good Angie's List rating because they did not come out and do what they said they would do, and so they did. he had all six of his guys come out and they got it done in a couple of hours. But that is how I got them out there. He complained about how much work there was to do and that we should be paying more because they have to pay their oil. Then he decided to go ahead and do it for the price. He said they would be there in late afternoon and they were. Whoever uses them is going to have to press to hold them to get them out there.
