Great! The cleaning was fast and the windows were very clean. I would use them again.

I purchased a $99 Big Deal from America's Best a couple of months back. I scheduled to have my windows cleaned inside and out. I got a call from the person coming to do the windows earlier in the day with an approximate time set. They arrived, looked at the job and gave me a price for the windows not covered by the Big Deal and also for gutter cleaning. I got BOTH services for $417. My windows have never been cleaner! What a great job they did. They were cordial, easy, to be around, and were also very professional. I couldn't ask for more. I'll be calling on them again!

Scheduled the window cleaning 2 weeks in advance No one showed up on the day it was scheduled. No one called. I called the number provided and they could not help. I contracted another window cleanign service who came out the next day. I want a refund!

They were scheduled to perform the work on a Saturday. I stayed home all day and they never showed up. Not only did they not show up, they did not call to let me know. When I did follow up, they said something came up, which is unacceptable.

The scheduling dept. seemed to have no clue why the workmen did not show up at my home all day and did not seem to know how to get in touch with them to find out if they were coming....I would never use them again

I have never seen my windows so clean and the guys were great and very meticulous not to scratch my floors. I will use them each year for window cleaning. Marcus ROCKS!!!

Did not come prepared to wash second story windows without using a long rod and had to borrow my ladder to do other windows. I was never asked in advance how many stories there were - not a very good professional or business decision. The second person on the team was apparently not able to do the higher windows. Windows were not cleaned as well as we expected. My suspicion is that they expected to do all the windows from the inside, assuming we had double hung windows, which we do not. In that case, we would have done the windows ouryselves!

Two separate homes were cleaned. The first is a two-story condo with windows that open inward. Windows were cleaned well enough, but substantial cobwebs were left around the window frames. The company says they are not responsible for cobwebs that don't touch the glass. This was a big surprise to me as I would consider this part of the job. The second is a two-story house with many stationary windows and access only from outside. When scheduling, I specified that cobweb removal was of prime importance and that a ladder would be required. The company assured me that they clean commercial buildings and would have no problem. However, the cleaners did not arrive with a ladder, attempted to clean with a long-handled broom-type cleaner and did not come close to the webs. While the person doing the job is extremely nice and very personable, they were obviously not equipped to accomplish the job. Contact with the main office was very pleasant and they agreed to cut price in half since I was satisfied with approximately half of the windows cleaned....the ones accessible on the first level. This is a nation-wide company (according to the customer service agent) and apparently they are equipped to handle different types of jobs in other locations.

The window cleaning was for large windows approximately 14' high. The individual in charge seemed to be in a big hurry to finish and leave. No ladder was used on the inside and the result was mediocre; outside the helper tried to and did a much better job than the individual in charge. I've used different companies for cleaning windows; this was not my favorite by any means.

The first time I called them they were very nice over the phone. I had scheduled to appointments and they didn't show up to either one. I never received any calls to let me know that they were not going to make it or why they were not. I am not happy with their customer service.

Not efficient at cleaning high windows that resulted in a fair job at best. Did not remove spiderwebs on outside window ledges. My previous window cleaner always removed them. The company representative had a terrific attitude and tried to please; just did not have the right equipment for the job.

Marcus did a fine job--there is some streaking on a west window. He came right at the end of the time window, and apologized; said it was further away than he thought. He worked outside, his partner worked inside, and I cleaned storm windows. Because I had more windows that the deal paid for, I was charged more--he and I calculated, and both made a mistake in his favor. I called him and reported the discrepancy, he said he would return my money, and I should call him, since he was on a job and might forget. I misplaced his phone number and had to call the company and ask him to contact me. He did so, and returned the extra money I had paid.

My appointment was initially scheduled for Thursday, September 6 between the hours of 11am and 2pm. I contacted the company shortly after 2pm since they were a "no show." I was informed by the female who answered the phone that they had cancelled all of their appointments due to weather. I informed her that the weather was sunny and clear so I was perplexed as to why my appointment was cancelled and even more concerned as to why no one had bothered to notify me...especially after I arranged my day so that I could be home for this appointment. The female was unable to adequately explain anything and proved to be no help at all other than rescheduling the appointment. The actual window cleaning was not without issues either. One of the workers left several of my windows unsecured and unable to be locked thus resulting in another trip. The windows required some work and while they were all eventually restored to the proper position and locked status, I was left with fingerprints all over them...which was the point of the service appointment in the first place.

I have no complaints on them! They did the best job they could. I would probably use them again!

The scheduling center for this company is in California. They were pleasant and scheduled my appointment almost 2 weeks out from when I called. They gave an appointment window of 8 am to 11 am. i did not receive a courtesy call about the appointment the day before. I called during the appointment window the next day (a Wednesday) just to verify they were coming. I had to leave a message. My phone call was finally returned at 11:55 am. When I asked if the service was still being done that day I was told that there was a window of time for the appointment and that we were still within that time frame. When I replied that It was almost noon, the customer service rep seemed puzzled and then said something about being in Illinois. She checked with her manager and with a technician (in Illinois or Georgia, I do not know which) and said they would have to reschedule. They could come on Saturday. I did not receive a confirmation call before the Saturday appointment either, but the workers, a man and a woman, showed up in the appointment time frame. Although nice, they did not come across as professional. The man rang my doorbell and introduced himself from America's Best and then said he was here to wash my windows "if you still want to do this." He then asked which windows I wanted washed, that I get 20 sides--10 windows inside and out or some other combination. I told him that I thought the Big Deal had stated that this was for an unlimited number of windows. When I printed out the coupon, it clearly stated 20 sides. So not all of my windows got washed as it's an additional $5 per outside window and $3 per inside window! I'm usually very good about reading the fine print on the Big Deals and am not pleased that I missed this detail about the limited number of windows. The washing itself was fine but not as good as if I'd taken the time to do it myself. And, it's GLASS only! No other parts of the windows are cleaned--mullions, sills, etc. I would not recommend this company or service to anyone else and will not use them again.

Unsatisfactory service. Tech came out unequiped, left without saying anything. Tried to upcharge every window in the house. I would never call them back.

Workers were extremely late. Were to have been here around 11 and arrived at 6 PM. Not enough daylight to finish the job. Disappointing.

They told me that would come to my house between 8am-11am, and ended up calling us at 11:45 saying their first job took longer than expected. Said that they would come back at 2pm and ended up showing up after 4pm. We did not let them start the job as it was getting too late and it also looked like it was about to rain.

Not well at all. I purchased a coupon that was good to have 10 windows (both sides, inside and outside) washed or 20 windows (20 all inside or 20 all outside). I called the company to see how they counted windows. I was explicit in asking the questions and describing my windows. Since windows open, there is a top half and a bottom half - a double hung window. That is each window has an upper pane and a lower pane. I asked if this counted as one window or two. I was told that it was one window, that they do not play games with the count. When the actual window washer arrived, he wanted to count each window as TWO. (We're not talking inside and outside here. I only wanted the outsides washed, but the man insisted on counting each window as two --- when it was the top half and bottom half of the same window). So indeed he was playing games with the count. ADDITIONALLY, he wanted to charge me $6 for each extra window (again, double hungs as two) when the coupon clearly stated that each additional window would be $5.I felt angry and misled, so I canceled the window cleaning. Thankfully, Angies List refunded the price I paid for the coupon.This DEAL was NOT as advertised. I would NOT do business with this outfit again.

They were on time, professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was very impressed!

Moving into a new house , so figured Id get the windows washed . Well After 3 missed appointments , they finally showed up and did a lousy job on the windows ..... I still have marks of liquid spill on the actual windows. I wanted them to be done inside and outside , they only did inside, claiming since it was about to rain they would do inside first (Im not sure if they expect that it will never rain again once one washes their windows ...really ??)From the reviews I guess I had a bad expereince , anyway $99 and a month and a half after first scheduled . I now need to look for a company to wash my windows as its as if they didnt do anything at all .

I called the national office to schedule the appointment. The team of 2 from America's Best showed up on the appointed date, on time and did a wonderful job. I can't say enough about how good the windows looked when they finished. And they did them by HAND, not with a pressure washer. They finished in a remarkably short period of time given the total of 34 windows and the number of specialty windows involved (as noted previously). I highly recommend America's Best and will absolutely use them again.

Please see above - all they did was rip us off.

We contracted this company through an Angie's List promotion to clean our windows. It took three phone call attempts to get someone to answer the phone. Once we did, we made an appointment for them to clean our windows. The day they were to perform the service they failed to show or even call to inform us that they would not show up. Nor did they call to reschedule. We had to initiate the follow up phone call. The person was extremely apologetic and assured me she would notify the owner and they would assuredly come out on the new appointment. Well, guess what? They failed to show again. And again they didn't call to let us know or call to try and reschedule. This was supposedly an "A" rated company that was "highly" recommended by Angie's List. Needless to say this company, in my eyes, has severely damaged Angie's List's ability to recommend companies for outstanding quality, service , and value.

Excellent. Will use them again.
