Description of Work: On 8/29/2012 I purchased a $99 Big Deal coupon for window cleaning by America's Best, Inc. and I was not able to redeem the coupon by its expiration date of 2/25/2013. The company (based in CA) has fired its local (Atlanta area) crew due to poor service. The company responded promptly to my email (I emailed them on 2/10/2013 and they responded on 2/11/2013) and has offerred to extend the coupon offer beyond the expiration date once it hires a replacement crew, but I no longer have much faith in the company doing a good job in my area. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the $99 I paid for the Big Deal coupon.

Description of Work: Placed multiple calls to this provider trying to schedule service. When I finally reached someone yesterday, they informed me that they were not currently providing service in my area - they said they had problems with the crews they used here, and were trying to find new ones. They were unable to give me a timeframe when they might be able to complete the service, so I opted for a refund.

Description of Work: Window cleaning. It wasn't clear what exactly the $99 covered in terms of windows [i.e. how many windows a specific window was considered]. Also, I thought I had made it clear that I wanted all upper level windows cleaned, yet some were missed. Two windows had to be redone.

Description of Work: 25 windows inside and out. Some of which were not done because they were "stuck", some left with drips, garage windows probably worse for the experience. Too much cell phone time, shoe laces dragging. My impression is that it was the team, not so much the company that was lacking. One team member allergic to cats (I have two).

Description of Work: They washed half the windows in my house and the advertisement was a bit deceiving. I ended up having to re do many of the windows. They definitely helped but i could not consider the job done after they left.
